“So good! We’ve come here back to back several weeks now to try everything, its been wonderful!
The breakfast/savory croissants have been delicious, and just hits the spot! The quiche is delicious! The ham butter sandwich, is so simple yet so good.
Ive had the almond croissants and they’ve been so crunchy and flaky.
Definitely would recommend, prices are super fair.“

“Grew up on the Westbank with McKenzies king cakes and bakery goods. Had one I could ride my bike to and loved it Krummels reminds me of it so much! The king cakes are absolutely amazing and are the closest I have found to those classic McKenzies cakes we all loved (and yes, I have tried the “old recipe” versions as Tastee in Metairie.) Walking in causes the memories to come flooding back, the air even feels the same inside. Highly recommended“

“I absolutely love King Kake King. Our office orders every year. This year, we ordered a strawberry/cream cheese and a lemon. I cut the cakes into one inch slices. The filling was gushing out as I cut each time. I've never seen so much filling in a king cake before! The cake was moist and flaky! It was covered with icing and purple, green, and gold sugar. My co-workers said that it was the best king cake they've ever had. Don't listen to bad reviews! You must try these cakes for yourself. If you EVER have any problem with your cake at all, just call them and they will make it right. My office devoured the cakes in about 30 minutes.“

“Chose the Salad Sampler. Everything was delicious! The Cranberry salad, strawberries & cream, AND especially the Onion Soup! The staff is friendly. The place is charming. Had been 20 years since visiting since where I had lived didn't have this restaurant. It's STILL one of my favorites. Wasn't disappointed!“
