The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. I was the only one in the restaurant and because my daughter is very busy doesn't communicate well. I don't bring her in a lot of places But because it was empty I thought It would be ok..
Everyone Was nice and I let the front desk Workers know that she doesn't sit still very much. And then I would put her in the corner where she wouldn't bother anyone...
Someone They're with the ability to Control the noise (radio) I can only assume had some kind of knowledge of children that are not "normal"..

I would love to shine a special light and give a special thanks to Mrs. Moreen who served me tonight. I went in 30 minutes before closing when you lost expect people to be hasty with your order, but she was extremely patient while I chose my sandwich and extremely considerate with suggestions. She asked if I wanted to add any vegtables to be toasted which I did and felt bad for suggesting. She added my oil and vinegar before the rest of my vegtables so I could better taste it throughout my sandwich and finally she told me her name which is a lost practice and made me feel like more than just a customer, but a friend. As a person working in the food service industry and have been for quite a while I know and appreciate good service and I hope that management sees Mrs. Moreen as the diamond she is.“

So to all McDonalds employees that I won't have the opportunity to make lol out loud I'm talking embarrassingly loud you would probably snort involuntarily so maybe it's for the best cause you'll never live that inside work joke I tell you & if I was a regular getting to meet a new cashier everyday....the kiosk doesn't have a sense of humor I've tried it's a hard nut to crack.
