“Denied access to a legally allowed service dog without any interest in making accommodation. The dog tucked immediately under the table where she is supposed to be and the server (maybe owner) came over immediately asking for paperwork, which isn't required in the United States. Any paperwork provided is typically bought off the internet. Don't waste your time or money here. Sharing their intolerance on every platform. Also just found out that the person who told us we couldn't eat there laughed and tried to joke with the rest of our party and offer free drinks after the fact like that was going to fix splitting our dinner party.“

“One guy running the kitchen & register. Let me know there would be a longer wait (busy Saturday night) and offered free drink and hummus to make up for it. Exceptional customer service paired with delicious, healthy food. Smartest move was hiring him… Give this man a raise!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Venezia! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
A special shoutout to our server, Jeremiah! It was his first day, and we were only his second table, but you never would have guessed. He was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout our meal. He did an amazing job!“

“Amazing tacos and friendly staff! My waitress/bartender today (I believe she’s 20, Honduran descent) was extremely kind, attentive, and is excellent in her job. Super easy to talk to, it’s a breath of fresh air to meet people like this in my line of work. I give this restaurant my highest of recommendations.“

“OMG!!! I came to this place on a whim this morning. This is the best food I have had from a cafe joint in a very long time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with a Salad and it was DIVINE! Well cooked, nicely seasoned. A pleasant Saturday surprised. I highly recommend this small cafe on St. Claude, located a block from Fredrick Douglass High School. Oh, and the vibes are heavenly.
Parking: It was a Saturday at lunch time. Plenty parking, no problem.“

“This place is a little hidden because of the market barriers they have put up but it was SOOOO good. The beans were so tasty and different than what we’re used to. Chips and salsa were great. Shrimp quesadillas were good! And service was great too. We unfortunately ran into a lot of rude people working in the bourbon st/canal area but this was the BEST service we got!“

“I was debating on what to eat, so I called my coworker because she always talks about Chick-fil-A . Well, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the market salad was totally delicious. Yum yum!
Today 6/2/26, I tried their chicken noodle soup . Let's just say it taste like Campbell's chicken noodle soup from the can. Seriously! Still good though!“

“Yesterday evening I had went to Fat Boys Pizza at 1535 Lapalco Blvd in Harvey La and ordered a large veggie pizza with chicken wings, Texas Toast, and Large Fries. The food and customer service was excellent. I had a problem with my pizza and they fix the problem. The only problem that I had was that A/C was broken and it was very hot in there. How can the employees work in there.“

“Not much has changed since the last review. They don't answer the phone. food is great. I love there poor boys. Upon hiring they need to do a test run to see if they understand that when a phone rings. It needs to be answered. Business owners invest money to build a business.“
