Mr. Wolf definitely turned this experience around with his professionalism, kindness and humility. I’m changing the rating from 1 to 5, due to our phone and in person conversation. I will continue to patronize this business because I see that he actually cares about his customers!3/28: What a horrible experience I had today by the “manager”. I just KNOW NOD managers don’t act this way. I patronize this business weekly LITERALLY. I could show my bank statements! This was unprofessionalism at its finest! I can’t let this one blow over!
