“We had a party of 11 and Patrick was our waiter , He was awesome , very nice and professional our food was amazing, compliments to the chef ans sous chefs ans kitchen staff. The food was delicious. It was very very tasty my fish was perfect the steak was so tender. We throughly enjoyed it !!! We were in town for a family gathering , if we ever back in town again , we will be coming back. “24 yrs ago I started coming here. Every Friday. Some reason we just stopped. I’ve gone 5 weekends in a row. From Tabitha behind the bar whipping out Long Island ice teas 😉. To Jennifer , Misty and all the other great servers we’ve had since then. It’s been phenomenal. The 1/2 priced dungeness crabs are awesome. It’s been a blast from the past and I’m glad I gave it another chance. See yall next weekend!“

“We enjoyed a beautiful view of the Tchfuncte River. Our lunch was served quickly with minimal wait. We ordered the bacon ham burger and the blackened fish sandwich with coleslaw. Both were exceptional. We found the parking to be a little confusing between the 2 different restuarants located here. We parked in the handicapped area designated for the Tchefuncte/Anchor Restuarants, but would have been closer parking in the shell lot along the waterfront. We also followed signs for the handicapped accessible ramp which then looped around to the front of The Anchor. This extra walking was difficult for my handicapped father who was using a walker. Service and food were wonderful. A little loud for the atmosphere.“

“Exactly what a roadside bar should be. And they have live music on the weekends. Very friendly crowd of regulars. Bartenders are beautiful and attentive. No food service. But a retired Pharmacist comes by daily and drops off plates of cheese, pickles, meat(not sure what it was, but it was smokey and good) and crackers. Try the local Amber beer. Pretty good.“

“This is the best coffee shop in the area!!! My favorite matcha of anywhere around and with it being few blocks from the lakefront, it’s a fun little stop to hang out, eat, drink and be happy!! Great menu, people and experience!!“

“Service was OUTSTANDING!! Staff were excellent . Friendly, cozy chic atmosphere and the food was beyond good. Exceeded my expectations. Lemon chicken pasta, steak , spinach artichoke dip, crawfish pasta all seasoned perfectly. Homemade chips were the perfect pairing with the dip. Kids burger with sweet potato fries were kid approved ! Will definitely be back. Don’t miss out on this cozy spot! Great for a date too“
