It was wonderful. The staff was very nice.
Big shout out to Ashley at McDonald’s north Monroe. She was so kind and caring this morning and helped tremendously with my oatmeal order. Ashley made a difficult moment much better. Thanks Ashley. You are an awesome plus for McDonalds.
First time we have been to a mcdonalds and they have a good attitude 10/10 service from the lady with the red hair in the drive thru today

McDonald's provides a mixed experience based on recent reviews. Some workers were observed with questionable hygiene practices, while others, especially the night crew, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The drive-thru staff were polite and made the experience pleasant. The restaurant seems to offer a kid-friendly environment, going the extra mile to assist customers with children.
