“I was looking for a place to get some crawfish during my visit home. This was the first time that I tried Heads or Tails. The place didn’t disappoint. The spicy crawfish were perfectly boiled. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely return on a future visit during the crawfish season.“

“Spent Super Bowl weekend in Lake Charles and ate here two days in a row! Service and food were fantastic! Shout to Classy! Staff raved about what a great manager he was and he was absolutely gracious and welcoming. Will definitely go back every single time we’re in Lake Charles!“

“The service is fast and friendly. We make sure to stop in for lunch or dinner every time we are in Lake Charles which is about twice a month lol. We went this past tuesday for dinner and were waited on by a young lady named Mia. She was by far one of the best waitresses we've ever had wait on us anywhere. She was quick to take our order and bring it out and was so sweet and friendly. Be back in two weeks to see you all.“
“Drove up , placed my order of 5 pounds boiled crawfish with a half pound boiled shrimp it took less than 5 minute to get my order. Everything was seasoned just right! We loved it!!“

“This was AMAZING. You have to go here! I had the best oyster poboy I have eaten in years. Our friend had a HUGE half platter of crabs....the way crabs should be. They were full of meat ... just incredible. And for a seafood place, they make a melt-in-your-mouth chicken fried steak. My daughter ATE IT ALL! the beer is cold, the seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection and the staff is soooo friendly. I caught one off-guard with my photo and she danced for the Pic. Sweet and fun! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!“

“Best Crawfish we have found in the area! The shrimp were amazing and our out of town family was very impressed. The crawfish are super flavorful and huge! The sides are really good as well and the customer service is always spot on! Thank-you Hot Spot for an amazing crawfish season.“
