“Merci Beaucoup never disappoints. The catfish in the Catfish Beaucoup is perfectly cooked. Their etouffee is smooth and flavorful. Another favorite is the baked potato topped with etouffee. Their salads are cold and crisp. We dine here whenever we are in Natchitoches between 11:00 and 3:00.“
