“We stopped by on the way to Avery Island and had an amazing lunch. Nora was incredibly kind and helpful telling us about local events and places to visit. The margaritas were great and the soft shell crab and shrimp poboy was fantastic. Get the onion rings!! Will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!“

“In response to Dixie Pixie’s review. The food is prepared by a local resident well known for his food and is well sought out for special events and often caters. So much for the Sysco reference.
I would highly recommend the Poboys. The shrimp poboys are huge and seasoned perfectly and stuffed to the gills!
My wife is from Louisiana and said the gumbo was great!
The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My only gripe is they used to serve beer but don’t anymore.
It’s hard to go Cajun without beer.
