“There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise.Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!“

“The manager Ms shante was really nice, the kids working with her tonight I can't say the same about. She was in the lobby cleaning up wen we came through the drive thru. The person working drive thru didn't have the headset on so we had to sit there like 10 mins, we drove around to the window and the manager saw us and she came to take our order. She was doin all the work, not sure what the workers were doin. Then they made my order wrong and had to fix it. Manager amazing, staff was shitty....“
