I ordered ahead online by 10 minutes, which is how long it's supposed to take for food to be prepared and given. When I arrived, I could instantly hear employees yelling at each other from the drive-thru window. It turned out the manager was berating an employee for asking too many questions instead of trying to solve whatever the problem was. It was instantly uncomfortable.
