Have refused our order of over $60 on two (2) different occasions with two (2) different excuses..."We're down a fryer!" and "It'll be a 15 minute wait!" changed to "We're too busy!" when we said no problem, we can wait. Of course I can see people just hanging around in the kitchen through the window. Whoever manages this place is horrible at their job.
