“It's a Subway - not much to say. No problems with my visit. Ordered online and my sandwich was ready when I got there. The staff were very friendly.

Parking: Parking lot is oddly laid out and is kind of tight, especially if there are big trucks parked in there.“

My friend and I were served in an excellent and friendly fashion, and food was excellent as well -- also, very pleasant interaction with Ms. Shantelle Hayes who works/manages there! We sat outside, and overall, it was extremely enjoyable.“

“Kudos to you all.... I had JJs for lunch one day for Teachers Appreciation! It was catered box lunch so I really didnt get the full affect. It was so good I decided to give it another try. Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. “Three times in a row the staff didn't bother to read the ticket and short-changed me, ripped me off $2 each time. Reached out for a refund and they told me I can just call and talk to the owner if I want. How about you just give me the food I ordered?

“A nice Subway thats been remodeled real well inside. Its great to come here if your waiting on a doctors apointment or if a family member or friend is in the emergency room and you wanna get something to eat. This location took a coupon that I had in the mail. Its open 24 hours which is great.“

“This by far has to be one of the most consistent and best Subways in Baton Rouge. My order is always correct and made fast. The employees are not big on friendly customer service but they are polite and competent. My only complaint is they rarely have chocolate chip cookies in the evenings when I go after work. But when they do have them, the cookies are the best! The neighborhood is not the best. So if you want to get in and out fast, order on the app. It's easy and let's you know when the order is ready.“

“These girls that work here at this location a top notch. My order was great but even more so, I had accidentally left my wallet. Now, in casual conversation I had mentioned I was working at the gas station next door doing a remodel and though most people would have let what I was saying go right in one ear and out the other without a second thought. Yet, the young lady who prepared my order actually remembered and her very sweet co worker, a young lady with heart shaped glasses not only brought my wallet all the way to me but she also made sure I was the correct owner and verified My information to be sure.
