Went in with my daughter she LOVED the gumbo!! We got chicken and sausage it was LOADED with chicken and sausage, I am picky with gumbo but it didn’t disappoint AT ALL! Got the oyster sampler with the Rockefeller instead of Atchafalaya they were AMAZING hard to pick which is my favorite I have had it with Atchafalaya as well from here and that crawfish Étouffée over the top is a great mix with the chargrilled oyster!! The stakes are the best, the service is excellent. And the owner is the best, makes sure that everyone walks out happy, full, and satisfied. Good place to eat with family and friends or a special occasion. The staff at ca cest bon keep up the good work!!

Good food and (very) generous portions. The atmosphere is a bit Spartan, and the service just a bit slow (but not bad). Since we're all here for the food, let's focus on that. Just about everything on the menu is big enough to share with someone else. If you can eat the whole Eggplant Pontoon, you might need to reconsider your life choices (or maybe you have a Michael Phelps workout routine and you actually need 10,000 calories).
