“We just recently did a rehearsal dinner for 35 people at Tope La catering. We used the large catering facility. The food was incredible. I can't say enough about the service. Carol worked with me helping with the menu, setup and all the details. She was on top of everything and made sure the event went smoothly. Corris, the catering manager did an excellent job. He took care of all the detail that night to ensure the food was served exactually as ordering and the flow of everything went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is needing somewhere to host an event.“

“Ran across Bayou Boudin a Cajun Meatery via Door Dash & Surprise!, They had Crawfish & Shrimp items that I could eat (as a Pescatarian)!! This order is from 10 days ago, the nicer PoBoy picks are from today.

Overall Decent to Good Food! & Very Reasonable Prices. Plus Unique Seafood Offerings NOT easily found elsewhere!

**** CRAWFISH PIE — 4 out of 10
I have a low spice tolerance, so keep that in mind. I found the Crawfish Pie a decent, regular sized (not small like Tiger PoBoy) - about Hand sized, sufficiently Flaky Crust with a bit of Spice. But, overall a bit “Meh”, can’t give a definitive reason, but I wasn’t impressed, but was Good Enough to Eat.
Q:WOULD I REORDER IT? Probably not

**** CRAWFISH BOUDIN POBOY - 6-7 out of 10
It is NOT “DRESSED” like normal PoBoys. It is simply crawfish Boudin on what I think is bread used for their Hot Dogs. It does seem small without all the Dressing, but it does a pretty good job of being filling. So, Crawfish, Breading, Cheese, maybe rice? The 1st time I got one it was wrapped in plastic wrap so the steam turned it more mushy than it should have been. Thankfully, that only happened once, all the other times it was wrapped without the plastic!
Q:WOULD I ORDER IT AGAIN?
A=YES! & I have a couple of times!
The Crawfish Boudin Links aren’t bad either!

**** Shrimp Boudin Link - 5 out of 10
Just a link by itself, Shrimp & Rice in a Case. Just a heads up - The Case is not Vegetarian. Has some Spice to it, I would give it a middle of the road 5 out of 10.
It looks very white, but don’t let the color put you off trying it.

Sadly, I did not check what I received until the following day, which is when I discovered they sent me PORK Boudin instead of CRAWFISH Boudin. Which doesn’t do a Pescatarian much good, as I can’t eat it. Thankfully there is someone in the household that can eat it so it isn’t totally going to waste. However, LESSON LEARNED - CHECK YOUR ORDRG IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT! or Before You Leave!

**** BAYOU BROWNIE
According to price sticker left on the Brownie, the Door Dash price is more than double. This is just a brownie, a decent good brownie that satisfies One’s sweet craving.
Q: WOULD I ORDER IT AGAIN?
A = Yes! It hit the sweet spot.

This Boudin Vendor is located inside an Exxon Gas Station (yeah I caught snit for that twice from my family until they tried the food! *laughs*!) BUT, because of the Seafood offerings (aka food I could eat), I gave them a shot, and I don’t regret it! So, when I’m in the mood for something different, I’ll grab a Crawfish Boudin PoBoy from them.“
