Waited half an hour for two drinks ordered through the mobile app. It was obvious they’d been sitting for a while by the condensation. On top of that, one of them was made wrong (ordered a water and received a Coke). This happens at least every other time I go.
i ordered by the picnic tables and basically waited an hour for a caramel shake. my friend ordered 10-15 minutes after I did and got her Oreo blast before I did. I watched as several cars left while I was still sitting there waiting on my order. if it wasn’t for the fact I paid with card, I would have left. I also ordered a water and found something in my drink, not sure what it was but I wasn’t going to risk it. won’t be going back.

I would give this place zero starts if possible. This is the worst possible service from any sonic. It's always worth driving to the farmerville hwy sonic to avoid this horrible service. Took 30 minutes to get two sodas, was declined service multiple times, switches to being drive through only and won't take orders. Horrible.
