never know when the lobby is going to be open. often missing food and not very dash friendly nor do they care how long you wait.I often avoid pickups from here unless they pay really well, not worth the headache otherwise
The bathrooms were filthy. My husband used the men’s restroom and the urinal had paper towels stuffed in the drain, so it wasn’t able to flush and reeked of urine. The soap dispenser was broken as well. The women’s bathroom smelled and the soap dispenser was just hand sanitizer. When I notified the staff that they needed more toilet paper in the women’s restroom bathroom, no action was taken. Thankfully our orders were correct and tasted good.

Despite the slow service and disappointing food quality, the restaurant and bathroom were clean, and the workers remained friendly throughout the experience. Overall, Taco Bell offers a clean environment with friendly staff, but some customers may be deterred by the new ordering system and potential delays in receiving their food.
