“I recently mentioned to Bryce that I was unable to find good BBQ in our area and he was kind enough to provide me with the best pulled pork I've had in years. It had just the right amount of smokey flavor, moist and tender. And perfectly rounded out with burnt ends. The sauce was to die for, he also included coleslaw and rolls so I could make North Carolina style sliders. I can't wait until I can get some more. Would absolutely recommend this for any BBQ lovers, it will not disappoint.“

“My son's wedding reception was recently held at Parc 73. We were very pleased to have worked with professionals who are very knowledgeable about their industry. Options and pricing were clearly explained. Being invited to a festive taste testing made us feel confident with our decisions. The entire staff with whom we worked was courteous and helpful. Every question posed was promptly given a response. Katie coordinated our event and even helped me accommodate special dietary needs for one of my valued guests. “My son wanted a Roblox themed party. I heard about this company from word of mouth. She made us the most delicious cake and the attention to detail was spot on. She also made other bday treats (chocolate strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, rice krispy treats). Everything was so good. I had friends ask who made the cake. I would highly recommend :)“
