“Attended a Family Wedding at this Venue. It was an Outdoor Affair, Black Tie! Along with an Indoor Reception. Everything was absolutely exquisite! The Outdoor Setup was just as it was portrayed in their Online Description. The Open Air Colonnade certainly lent an air of opulence to both the setting and the ambiance. This definitely is quite the upscale Venue for your Special Occasion! (The location we used was in Harahan, Louisiana, right outside of New Orleans.) I give it Five Stars!“
“I recently got married at the Royal Palm in November. We were so glad we chose this place. The customer service with Chip and Travis is top tier and unmatched. I had a problem with my decorator delivering what was promised and Royal Palm came through in a pinch. My guest were blown away with the elegance of this place. It was so easy to coordinate EVERYTHING. The food was good, the selections to choose from is amazing. I can go on and on because it was just that great.“
“We ordered a muffuletta and a chop salad. The salad was fresh, delicious, and great quality. The muffuletta-YUMMYYY!!! They make a really nice muffuletta, I mean you have to try it!! I split the sandwich and the salad with my boyfriend and we were happy and full at the end. Service was nice. We placed a call in order so we could just run in and grab it so I'm not sure about the ambience inside. We took ours to-go and ate it in City Park- a lovely little lunch.“
“Saffron is one our favorite places in New Orleans. We usually make the reservations a month ahead to make sure we get in. The cocktails are top of the line at Saffron! The charbroiled oysters served with naan bread are the best I've ever tasted. Friends that came with us could not stop talking about them. For the table we ordered Pork Vindaloo, a few orders of chicken Biryani, one of the specials, a kebob dish, and a few gumbos. Every dish was better than the last. The food here is amazing! Saffron's staff are very attentive and the restaurant is so warm and inviting with ambient lighting. The bar is great, too.“

“This is a family friendly establishment serving flavorful food with love. This is the best food I’ve had in New Orleans so far. The portions are great and there was no missing flavor from anything we ordered. Most tourist restaurants we’ve been to needed seasoning. “We ordered the breakfast catering for a work meeting and it was AH-MAZ-ING! We had the belgian waffles and they were some of the best waffles I've ever had. The sausauge and eggs were also tasty! Overall, it was a big hit with our clients and the folks in the office. I told our office admin to add it to our regular order menu for the future meetings. It was a nice deviation from the tired old doughnuts and breakfast croissants.“

“NOLA Crawfish King combines two of my favorite food groups with their offerings in BOTH seafood & BBQ. They also offer a notable burger which is quite a hefty example of the burger genre. NOLA Crawfish King is noted for having quickly being one of the top New Orleans BBQ restaurants and also offers an interesting selection of nice burgers and other sandwiches on top of their great seafood options. So far I have sampled the BBQ brisket, a brisket bomb, their burger, their Rueben and of course the crawfish. NOLA Crawfish King has some of the spiciest and best crawfish I've had in a long while and since Big Fisherman closed on Magazine Street the current champ of having the best seasoned crawfish in New Orleans is the NOLA Crawfish King as measured by my taste buds. “I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered their Crawfish Strudel. They arrived frozen and a dozen to a bag. A few months later and I am still eating them. So good - makes an excellent breakfast. Happy that I ordered a few dozen. The strudel is flaky and good and the filling decadent with the crawfish and cheese. You just bake them and enjoy and you can cook just one or several.“

“Ohhhhhh chilllleeeee... Excellent food and service. Chef Shonda is amazing. Her food is to LIVE for!!!! I recently happened upon her cuisine by way of a friend and I am so thankful for the share. Chef Shonda offers fine dining food to go, and when I say it's fine, it truly is. I would expect some of the dishes that she provides to be on a menu at an upscale restaurant. I love the fact that she is accommodating to patrons regarding their food needs. I have a few food constraints, hunnnnniiiieeeeeee, me and dairy are not friends... She makes certain to advise of the food ingredients in the event that you have a food allergy or something of that nature. On this particular day, I had jerk salmon, yellow rice & sautéed veggies; and it was simply amazing. I love salmon and the jerk sauce that she put on top was phenomenal. I didn't think that I could love salmon anymore than I already do. But that jerk sauce that she puts on it takes salmon to a whole 'nother level. And the yellow rice was accompanied with the mixed vegetables, simply divine. When eating the yellow rice I noticed each individual grain was separate and not sticking to the fork or another grain. It was light, fluffy and full of flavor. The vegetables were perfectly sautéed. There were no burnt marks on them. None were over or under cooked. Oh, and don't even get me started on the peach cobbler cheesecake. Oh well, see, you got me started so here we go... I ate mine and had to call back and ask if there was more. So happy she was able to accommodate me because I had two servings of the peach cobbler cheesecake, oh chile, it was great. Can I tell you the truth and let you know I ate my entrée and my dessert at the same time. Literally one spoon of the entrée... One spoon of dessert. #judgementfreezone The packaging and containers that the food was served in was above board for takeout. I mean it's personally labeled, very neat and orderly. I feel like I should pay extra just because of the nice packaging. She provides plastic and not that UNenvironmentally friendly Styrofoam. Her food is finger licking good from start to finish. As you can tell, look at the lack of contents of my bowl (see picture), there's a before and after, notice the difference? Hats off to Chef Shonda and her team job. Well done. I look forward to more takeout moments with Chef Shonda.“

“Been doing business with Sal's for around 12 years now. I grew up in New Orleans, so I know the difference between a legit crawfish boil and the wanna be's that claim to be "Louisiana style" at all these Crab Hut/shacks. Hands down, the best crawfish I've had since I lived there. Customer service is great. They know how to spice them perfectly, pack em up and fly them to me every year! Got 600 lbs boiled to perfection, packaged and picked up at air freight in San Diego. Thanks again Sal! Talk to you next year for crawfish season again!“
“In town for convention and grabbed red beans and rice with ribs. Ribs were hot, fresh, and smoked to perfection. 'Homemade' style red beans and rice' Hit the spot on a spring day. That was a $40 rack of ribs anywhere easy. $15 was a steal and I sat on a park bench and just savored every bite. Some A+ cooking and smoking going on in that truck“

“We had messina’s catering for our destination wedding in New Orleans. The staff was very attentive and kind. I had planned this event mostly with Kaya, who was wonderful. The staff had food for us at the sweetheart table ready to go, and made SURE we both ate (which is hard to do at a wedding reception). They also did a marvelous job at customizing most of our dishes to be GF, and you literally could not tell at all ( if you know, you know). Everything was divine.
