“Absolutely incredible! The staff made us feel like we were family and that we were the most important people in the world. I'm not kidding about that last statement... they were awesome! The Chef, Joe Boudreaux, was extremely personable and truly enjoyed talking about his passion, cooking. The food was fantastic... boudin egg rolls, the spicy fried oyster appetizer, the Montecristo, and the pork belly wedge were all so delicious. My advice is to take a little road trip to St. Rose and eat some of the best food and meet some incredible folks.“

“Ms. Catherine was the best waitress. I felt like my mother was waiting on me! The cook on the other hand, had problems with the order and had to keep repeating making my eggs over medium. But It came out ok. I will recommend waffle house to my friends.“

The onsite restaurant is out of this world in selection and taste, I eat here at least twice a week and have never had anything even a bit off. “Stopped here while passing through on vacation. Amanda was amazing. She answered all our questions about the area. We choose this restaurant because the small poor-boys were a perfect size for our kids for lunch. We were really impressed with quality of the food. They had so many poor-boy options, the girls all found one they liked, and the roast beef was phenomenal. The the seafood platter was perfect, and the crawfish balls were one of the best crawfish items I ever ate. We'll be back when we get back to the area. Give them a try. Amazing!“

“I was in a rush, and the hostess was kind and patient with me. I tried the roasted Chicken and it was WOW. The French technique they use was absolutely amazing. The nice char on the outside with the soft moist inside made it great. The greens were also stupendous. It was a bit pricey so watch out there.“

I can not figure out how “Mayo, Lettuce and Ketchup ONLY” translates to MUSTARD, Lettuce and Ketchup!!!! The words Mustard and Mayo don’t even begin to sound the same except for the M. And it wasn’t a little mustard. The bun was SOAKED with it. Call them and wanted me to come back in so they could remake it while the rest of my family’s can eat theirs. I’m glad they didn’t put it on my 6yrs olds burger!!!!“

“Order food but was told after sitting for over 30 minutes that it got lost in the kitchen...smh...asked for my check and told them forget. The manager came over and was very nice. He fixed the issue and we received our food in a timely matter. The person waiting on us was new and the manager took full responsibility. The waiter was nice, but I could tell he was new. After that I provided grace to the new employee and still gave him a decent tip. Thanks

“I have a problem with this place. Their sound system is too good. I used to think I could sing okay. Not well. But okay. Then I did karaoke night at Shenanigans and found out what I really sound like. It really hurts, man. I feel like I need to apologize or anyone who ever had to hear me sing. I was really bad. I don’t even sing alone in my car anymore, just in case I’m going too slow and the car next to me can hear it.

“Can never go wrong with some comfort food after a night out. Service was fast, and food served hot. Everyone was cheerful and having a good time. Charles was our server and he made sure we had full drinks and that our food was cooked and prepared just how we like it.

Parking: Huge and well lit parking lot. You can also park on the street that runs behind the restaurant. Robinson St.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and booster seats. The kids menus are also really priced good. The serving sizes are also really generous for the Kids and seniors options.

I cannot wait to go back next wednesday. My family decided to make it a weekly outing. I have 6 kids with agoraphobia and they never get out of the house so it is nice to see Shane accommodating to their agoraphobic needs. They have very nice choices for me and my soon to be hubby.
