McDonald's in Shreveport

Food: should not be delicious, but we all know it is.
Service: exactly what you expect. Mmah

“I just pulled in drive thru this morning. I see her often when I come in to Shreveport. She’s here all the time and greeting me with a smile. She’s always so polite. You all definitely have the right person with the right attitude for us customers. I really appreciate her 😊“

“Me and my honey just went for our favorite treat a tall soft ice cream cone. And it was fun and delicious. Because when we were driving to the second window to grab them we were talking and he drove right by the window and the girl was leaning out the window yelling at us and we were laughing so hard and so was she. That made the experience even more unforgettable. ??“

“The service was really good the staff were very nice you need to go here. My daughter had a doctor's appt that required her to give blood and the manager, Chris, was nice and gave her a gift. It touched my daughter enough that she wanted to leave a tip. I told her we can't so here is this review. ?“

“My rating here is in regards to other McDonald's. I'm not saying this place is 4 stars of all other burger places, but of McDs it was nice. It was clean. Food was prepared as ordered. They gave ample sauce, ketchups and the drinks came in a timely manner. The food, though fresh, took about 15 minutes to be made while dining in. That seemed a bit longer than expected. I'd try another McDonald's before I went back to this one, unless I was in the area. The wait is the only negative to this location.“

“1) Cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how to use the app correctly to get my points since she wouldn't let me give her my code. Then she threw my receipt at me like she was throwing paper in the trashcan. Every point counts these days.2) I always have to ask for a cup of ice here because they only put a few cubes in your drink.3) That being said, my favorite quick summertime breakfast of bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddle with hashbrown ( I put it in the middle) and sweet tea is an addiction at this point. You have to try with the hash brown inside...omgosh. Delicious.4) 2 stars for atmosphere because this place is always busy, busy, busy, noisy and crowded inside and out.

Parking: Very busy here. Right in the middle of hospital row and business neighborhood“

“I was at this McDonald’s at 5 am this morning 12-21-24 and went through the drive through. The young lady who took our order and served us was so nice. How pleasant after a long trip from Florida. The order was quick, correct & hot! Thank you“

“All good , went inside for breakfast, had to wait at counter by myself for 3 or 4 minutes before someone took my order.

Parking: Lots of drive through traffic makes it hard to get parking when it’s backed up. Also it is just off main entrance to Walmart so lots of traffic while exiting Mcd“

“Would have given them 5 across the board, but how can you not give me any BBQ sauce for two 10pc nugget meals? Not happy. And it was a late night run, so who wants to go back and sit in a long line for dipping sauce? You had one job! And you failed!“

“Used the drive-through, early morning. Employees were outgoing, good people skills. I asked for a change of biscuit to English muffin, the change was seamless, I reqursted strawberry jam and 1 extra syrup. They service was good. I gave it a 4 star rating because the food (Big Breakfast w/hotcakes), although it tastes good and was hot, is the highest meal in calories and other not good things in a single meal.“

“Fast service and hot food! I visited this McDonald's right at 6 a.m. for breakfast. They quickly took my order over the intercom and made sure that I was able to use my points for a reward (check out the McDonald's app-their rewards program is fabulous). I pulled up to the drive-thru window to get my food and it made me so happy that I was greeted with a very sincere Good Morning and a big smile. As I got my food the lady said have a nice day. The employees were super nice and very friendly. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle that I ordered was on point. They've got it going on here y'all! Thank You for a great experience!“

“Unfortunately this order had a item missing. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin in addition to the mocha frappe , has brown , roast coffee and 2 sausage burritos. I was so disappointed as the sausage egg mcmuffin is my favorite breakfast sandwich“

“Well the drive through is slower than I expected, but when 2 lines feed into 1 it gets a bit congested and that is just how it is.

Kid-friendliness: I miss the play place. It really made McDonald's more than a fast food place. Now it's small burgers and large prices and nothing to make it stand out from any other place really.“
