“This location is easy accessibility off of I 10 on Gause Boulevard in Slidell, Louisiana. All food ordered was hot fresh and on point drive-through was very backed up on this Sunday morning. So we decided to go in and order.
Which actually was time-consuming also.
On this particular morning, they were swamped and shorthanded……
There was no one to take your order. You had to use the kiosk in the lobby for some that is very easy but for others, it is very complicating.
The human service was great but note to managers and owners. Please do try to have adequate employees present during your peak times of business. The consumer would appreciate it.
Parking: There is adequate parking at this McDonald’s“
“Foods getting worse n worse but at least the people were really really nice!!!✌️?
Parking: It's in an empty mall parking lot so there's plenty of room for parking....even if you're in an. ....RV!! Plenty!!!
Kid-friendliness: They don't have the little play place outside anymore but kids like to go there still
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and the doors are wheelchair accessible and they will even come out and help you if you need. They're pretty nice!“
“This is the second time I have, through the drive through window, received a cold soggy egg sausage Mcmuffin sandwich. The staff is non-responsive when you ask for a fresh and hot sandwich. Evidently this is becoming a practice response at the drive through window. There seems to be no supervision at this location. Their administrative office thinks giving you a coupon for bad service will fix the problem. Sick and tired of the low quality service and food at that location, Airport Road and Highwsy 190 W.“
“On this particular day, I'm pleasantly surprised at how like, friendly and nice the atmosphere was. Good was fast and hot too, hard to come by. These days you literally just never know what the service will be like or the quality of the food, we left happy.“
“The food was perfect!Our order was right which never happens at other ones. They're all nice and very sweet.Very clean inside with the floors and table and the restrooms were also very clean as well both of them. No play area for the kids but they do have a screen with alot of games on it and also a TV to watch while waiting.“

I was born and raised in NOLA and when I tell you this is the CLEANEST McDonalds I have ever been to in this state, you better believe it!!
The employees all had great attitudes , nobody was rolling their eyes or taking food orders with negativity. My order was correct as well! Everyone was so nice!! Thank y’all!“
