“Our neighborhood McDonald’s is consistently reliable. Orders are usually correct, the service is generally friendly and efficient, and we rarely have any issues. It’s one of those locations you can count on to get in and out without problems.

For a fast-food stop, that kind of consistency matters, and this location does a good job delivering it.“

“This review is a bit mixed. The lady working the counter (name unk) was absolutely great. Quickly took our order and brought us our food. However, the Manager on duty at the time is a completely different story. We were there for breakfast and wanted a refill on our coffee, At McDonalds in Florida, and elsewhere, this is a quick and seamless process. As the counter person went to get it - the manager stepped in and stopped her and said - we don't do free refills. Her attitude was so rough, that the counter person 'secretly' gave us another cup of coffee.“

“McDonald’s is what it is. But this location has Mr. Ronald working the first window and Ms. Jayla working the second. They were both the friendliest most efficient people I have seen in a long time. “Got into NOLA super late ( around 3:30am) we stopped at this McDonald's to get a late dinner. Unfortunately we ordered on the cusp of it turning into breakfast time. No worries because Mel at the drive thru held it down and helped us change our orders . Mel was super friendly, helpful and attentive, she has great energy and We would come back to this location just to order with her! Thank you Melly Mel! <3“

“There tends to be a lot of fighting and gun threading easily happening in this place you could just randomly be eating and the Manager would literally be having a conversation with the one of the customers that came in to threaten whoever with a gun and we’ll all just move past it as if that’s not a huge threat. I don’t see this location staying here under the management that it is for a very long. It will probably end up being tore down and rebuilt and under a new management eventually even though the food is great, you can definitely tell the dynamic of people that they hire are those who enjoy drama instead of working there are plenty of regulars that come in and out of this restaurant and it’s one of the last few McDonald’s where you can get your own drink. So I do enjoy eating here, but they tend to like to judge people that walk in and assume things about their lifestyles and how they choose to service them as well which has nothing to do with their jobs but morning service is great here if you’re getting lunch or dinner be prepared to experience a lot of high school drama, and this exact location.“

“Walked in and ordered 28 $5 meals (11 Hot & Spicy) & (17 McDoubles). Not one employee complained and it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this McDonald’s.

Parking: Parking lot was easy to access

“Order 3 hot and spicy $5 meals 3 extra mcdoubles 2 of the filet o fish $4 each the might as well call it the castle goldfish they just a kid hand finger big then a Krystal burger one order of fries hand 11 fries I kidd you not I stuck 3 fingers in the bag that how much space was left in the bag the other 2 orders 14 fries and the fish might be about 2x2x2 inches so come on McDonald's show some love on the fries don't over do but can I have about 18 -24 fries for a small I promise you I will enjoy them o yea one more thing can they put more than a teaspoon of tartar sauce on the fish thank you“

“It's a McDonald's, you know what to expect. Consistent fast food, nothing special but also nothing bad. Bathrooms were clean, dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly, so this location is on the higher end of Micky D's stores.“

“This is a great McDonalds- food was hot & fresh (breakfast). Cashiers were accurate & friendly (tried to upsell me the meal combo instead of of a single biscuit sandwich...good job!!) They gave me great service-there was no wait from window to window even though it was busy. The atmosphere was inviting. Must say im impressed with the speed, accurateness,& the efficiency of their stream lined process!“

“Take too long and the Big Mac button is always hard this is on Canal Street in New Orleans Louisiana since Google keep trying to mess everything up can I take way too long just to go through drive-thru you do better walking in

“I had a good experience with this location. I don't blame them for delivery and food getting cold etc. That's the drivers fault.

My food has always come complete and its always been super good :) This has been my go to McDonald's for a while!“

“I went here with my grandkids for a dinner night out! They, ofcourse, picked macdonalds! And if you know me you know i like leavin a big ol revieuw! This was so great and i loved it. My grandkids lily and travis absolutely ravished the food! Me myself suprisingly liked the food too. i usually think mcdonalds is just junk, but it was beautifully delicious!“

“Went thru drive thru this morning for my breakfast oatmeal. Lady on the speaker was polite with an upbeat tone. When I got to the window she confirmed I was the oatmeal mobile order and said to drive up to the next window. I noticed it was her making my order. I asked if she was working both windows, and she smiled and replied just until someone makes it in. I asked her name, and it is Chastity.

I want to take a moment and commend you on an EXCELLENT demonstration of A1 customer service Chastity. You could’ve allowed this morning’s lack of staff and help cause you to be rude or unhappy- but you didn’t and chose the opposite. Thank You. It didn’t go unnoticed!
