McDonald's in Metairie

“I like this McDonald’s because I often work across the street at the Saints facility and so I’ll stop at this particular McDonald’s. The manager Jennifer is always having fun with the people that work with her. That’s why I love going in there. And I’m a vegetarian, and she always accommodates me by not putting meat on my burger and then giving me the meat on the side which I appreciate that extra help so much. I wanna commend Miss Jennifer on the job she’s doing.“

“Haven't been to McDonald's in forever, decided to stop there this morning to get breakfast , I ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes I get home and open it there may be all of a 1/2 of an egg in there? Also at the drive-through at the 2nd window I asked the girl for some Creamer for my coffee she said how many in such a rude tone, And with such attitude, and looked at me like I was crazy for asking for Creamer and Sweetener. Not even kidding I think she was a manager Jesus , This is such a horrible location the employees are terrible. I will be reporting this to their corporate office.“

“This the only mcdonalds i go to cause they never mess orders up or make you wait forever for service, when Ainette the manager is there(sorry if i misspelt your name) everything comes out perfect she really goes above and beyond and i always appreciate her good attitude cause i know the job aint easy“

“I don't usually leave reviews but i was here with a group of my friends and a man started circling the McDonalds and it was just a really scary experience but we had told one of the workers and he actually helped with making us feel safer because other restaurants don’t care about their customers as much. The food was also really good and it was the best service.“

“Wow this experience was so refreshing for a Donnie’s. My local dons is terrible! But my order today @ 1230 pm at this location was extremely fast and fresh. It’s nice to get fresh fries. In addition, I asked for extra pickles and got them! The don’s on cleary gives me two pickles, that’s it. And my receipt and yellow tag on the burger can say “no mustard.” But the cleary location either can’t read or does NOT care. The past 5 visits have been inaccurate.

Furthermore, the service at this location was great. And I got the condiments that I paid for which was a nice change. Maybe the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to in a while 😃“

“Everybody has got to know McDonald's one time or another. You see it all the time on TV with commercials. I remember when McDonald's first opened up. My goodness! What a great hamburger place they had stations people took pride actually working there back then they had different positions but different things. The fry cooks the people cooking the hamburgers, the people preparing them and the people taking the orders. The burgers the patties on the burgers were so much better and so much bigger. Also, the hamburger was so much bigger than it is now. It seems the burgers got smaller and the prices got bigger and the chicken nuggets they have now. Do they really have any chicken inside of the chicken nuggets? But kids seem to love it. I don't know why and also the milkshakes and ice cream are quite different now. They hardly clean that ice cream machine and I wouldn't take a chance on it. The employees or just they are collecting a paycheck. They do the job they have to do but it's no quality or or cheerful atmosphere they have anymore. Whatever happened to good old fashioned American hamburger places. We've lost something over the time and we need to get it back“

“Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and finally order. Get to the window and asked to park on the side...20 more minutes go by and the food comes out........there was not a sorry for your wait or anything.....was told it was because they just switched between breakfast and lunch....ok fine with that....but shouldn’t the fries be hot if that was the case? Also my 4 year old would like to thank you for not putting a toy in her happy meal as well....I’m sure it was difficult to count all of the items that go in a happy meal....never going to this location again“

“I wasn’t planning to stop by McDonalds during lunch hour but I am so happy I did. I was greeted by Brandon when paying for my meal. The service he delivered was very refreshing. The kind of service you don’t typically receive with fast food. His pleasant demeanor turned my entire day around. Excellent customer service.“
