“I have visited before the staff is friendly, Food always decent Staff gets 4+ ratingI want to rate the app a "2", I ordered breakfast and arrived in enough time to get breakfast, sat in the drive through line almost 15min, to be told they switched to lunch. The staff refunded my money with no issue. But I think the app and store should have an update to allow customers to know they can not receive the order they placed.Dietary restrictions: Also. my daughter loves burritos. However, for the breakfast burrito does not give the option to get it with no cheese. She is allergic.“
“Drive thru was packed, so thought we'd be awhile, like any other McDonald's, but we got our order in less than 20 minutes from when we first pulled in the parking lot. The food was good and service excellent! If possible, I always try to stop at this McDonald's, so far, haven't had any problems.. it's on Belle Chasse Hwy. and Lapalco Blvd .“
“Great experience! Used the electronic board to order food. Quarter pounder came our perfectly hot and just as I ordered. No pickles or pickle juice cause they pull them off! The cashier was a wonderful help, the restroom had a code on the door, it was so clean and nice. Thanks to her she came and opened it with the code quick! It was an unexpectedly amazing McDonald's experience! 5 plus to this group of workers!!?Parking: The parking was plentiful and the parking lot was clean.Kid-friendliness: Of course, McDonald's has that kids meal and a toy!Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway was large and you could easily get in with a wheelchair. There was wheelchair parking right by the door. And the drive thru line was not long at all. And the line of people when I went in went down really quick. Was able to use the restroom, wash my hands and come out and my burger was ready! Couldn't have asked for better.“
