“While vacationing in La. we recently popped into the Pink Agave for a late lunch after church services. What a cute place! A relaxed atmosphere with good food and great drinks which were reasonably priced. We loved our waitress Hannah, who was attentive and pleasant.... a real sweetheart! We’ll definitely be back for an encore prior to heading back home to Pa.“

“We came with a large group, and everything was excellent. The food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Any small issues were taken care of right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and even shared some laughs with us, which made the experience even better. Great place for both the food and the atmosphere—I highly recommend it!“

“Been here twice now and both times I was not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Mexican food, well worth the price. I personally recommend the tuna fajitas, it's superb. I would also recommend the margaritas, they are delicious and way better el paso.“

Hoy, mi esposo y yo estuvimos celebrando el 25 Aniversario de este magnifico Restaurant, La Carreta, en Hammond Louisiana, parece que fue ayer cuando se inauguró , nosotros estuvimos ese memorable día en que abrió sus puertas por primera vez , y hasta el día de hoy ha dado un magnífico servicio , felicitamos al propietario Saul Rubio por su excelente trabajo , deseándole más éxito . “We had Gordo's for the first time today. I don't know why we waited so long. Everything was fresh,hot and delicious and we had a terrific server. My husband got a spicy burrito and I got the chicken and veggies from the lighter side of the menu. Each item was seasoned to perfection.This will be our go to Mexican restaurant from now on. Albany, you have a gem.“

“Got here the night before. They have two dock doors. I backed into the furthest one away from the ramp. I didn't back all the way into the dock. Just enough so I was out of the way. They come in @ 7 am. When they came in they had me back into the other dock door closest to the ramp. Nobody bothered me all night while parked. I had 3/4 of a trailer load. They had me unloaded less than a hour. Very nice people.“

“Look, I'll say it like this. If this place ever shuts down due to lack of business, i will be very upset. They're very willing and patient to answer questions, and this is easily the best fried rice in atleast a 50 mile radius. The honey walnut was excellent. The lady that i assume is the owner recommended apple pie for desert, and man. Its apple pie. Its good apple pie. At the end of the day.. its apple pie. Yall are a great addition to ponchatoula and I'm happy to finally see a clean and delicious place set in this location. (Come on, Bootsy's). I'll be back.“
