“The manager training new workers ought to set an example for the new employee when working the window & doesn't need to rush the customer or employee! Because good customer service and a smile along with acknowledging that the customer is speaking to them. Otherwise that customer may go to McDonalds or Son8c and get a big SMILE from workers. Because see we the customers are why they and you have a job!! Smile it feels good!!“

“I stop here often for drinks and food. Yesterday morning I got some mozzarella sticks that were over cooked, we pushed the button and let them know and within a minute a girl came out and got the old ones and brung us new ones. Nobody was rude or had an attitude, everyone seemed to be doing a great job! Keep it up it’s been great here lately.“

“I got the two medium special for twenty bucks with the garlic bread and cinnamon sticks I specified to the lady I want it phone in because I didn't like bone out and she gave me phone out so I had to order the bone in again which was another 15-20 minutes I was in there an hour“

“Good place for a quick bite to eat while on the move. Most of the staff are very friendly and very professional, which is extremely rare in a springhill area fast food business. If you have any issues, the store manager would love to take the opportunity to make it right and most definitely will, as she cares about her customers and how her employees interact with people and how satisfied you are. They have been doing alot of renovation and getting new things. Parking is what I would say is the major downfall. The parking lot is very small and tight.“
