“We called in just before they open and they happily took our order. We pulled thru at 330am. They even hooked us up with a couple extra doughnuts of a different flavor. We got home and our youngest said she wanted the blue one. We said we didn't know what she ment. Then my wife reached in the mystery bag and pulled out an amazing blueberry doughnut 🤯“
“Been going over 7years at least 3 times a week the people there are great good people friendly and very good coffee no other Starbucks can make my coffee like this place I don't even go anywhere else even if I'm out of town I'll just drink coffee at hotel or something I've tried other places Noone can fix it like my Kroger Sulphur Starbucks great friendly staff and great coffee“

“This is the 2nd McD location we stopped by on this Thanksgiving morning. The first location, service was horrible, caused us to walk out.
Service at this location is 5 stars. The staff was attentive and happy to help. The food was all right. My Egg McMuffin was a little dried, but the coffee was good. The dining area was cleaned, with plenty of seats. The restroom was cleaned and had paper towels, which is a PLUS!!!“

“The Manager and Staff were extremely accommodating! We just left the ball field, and Aubrey wanted McDonalds to celebrate her 8th birthday. The Manager and Staff came out from the kitchen WITH A CAKE singing happy birthday! They took a ton of pictures and made EVERYONE, INCLUDING AUBREY SMILE!!! This is the best McDonalds ever! Best Manager and Staff too! Thank you!“

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!
Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“Don't waste your time with an establishment that is involved in false advertisement.Free donut on their flyers is totally BS.When you ask for your free donut, you have to buy a donut.They left that part out!The flyer was from today 8am/6pm Saturday July 26 2025@Nelson Rd.Lake Charles,La.70605 and the guy at the take out window is rude as hell.“

“Go in and out quick as I can... get.my order go I personally don't think I can ever get the desire to sit down and eat or drink my order in the dining area here... Too small, and attached to a gas station on the side, so I'm not sure what I would have accomplished by trying to make a morning of my visit and just sit there and be uncomfortable with the over visited , fast pace lifestyle of the whole thing but everyone is nice and friendly service is abundant here,at least the time of day I frequent that establishment of“
