Be weary if you sit inside the place it is very dark, but that's the dive feel you're getting. It's so dark though it was kinda hard to see and read the menus.

Also to eat outside we were told they don't actually serve the seats outside. So you would have to order at the bar and then bring your food outside? It didn't make total sense to me, but if you're looking to take advantage of the weather, it's something to think about!“

Came here on our last night after dinner and got the espresso with ice cream and a shake along with a cinnamon roll to share with my honey. The shake was a perfect consistency. “I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“I've eaten here before and the food is to be as expected. It's chicken, fish and fried rice. Simple food, so you know what you're getting. I have no problem coming back again and again. What I do have a problem with is that you can't make a phone order. So, if I wanted 1000 pieces, I'd have to wait for them to fry 1k wings? That would dang near take over an hour of wait time to fry that instead of letting me pay for it over the phone and just picking it up at a stated time.“
