“Okay went on a Friday to pick up dinner got home and the chicken absolutely sucked dried out worst ever. Well contacted corporate and they ashore me that it was company policy and complete customer satisfaction Guaranteed. They in turn sent me a voucher for more than I paid . So a couple weeks later we decided to try again well this time every thing was awesome I believe that it was not the norm would go back again .I think it may have been a staffing issue maybe?“
