“It was our first time at Mario’s on Saturday and you all did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the place was warm and festive. Christmas music was playing. Our appetizers were so good. The wedding soup was perfect! My husband had the meatballs with pasta and he loved it. The cannoli’s were delicious. Our server, David, was personable and fun. He knew the menu very well. Tonight my wife called to place an order ( of roughly 200.00 to 250.00) for our family. Understandably it took a while for the phone to be answered and when it was and my wife said " hello I would like to place a take out order" received " we are not taking take out orders this eve" and was abruptly hung up on. “This is a jewel cafe that became my favorite. I drive for 30 minutes to enjoy the food here. Staff members are friendly, there is a variety of meals and sweets. The pistachio ricotta is my favorite as well as the Tiramisu and the Italian donuts straight out of the oven. The sitting area is bright and comfortable. The parking is great. Their coffee is the best 👌 I highly recommend this cafe.“

I live near some very expensive Italian restaurants & their menus iare skimpy comoared to the choices at Strombolis. The iwner is always friendly, showing his appreciation to his customers. Like in any restaurants even in top notch sometimes an order is wrong but open your mouth & the owner will make it right. Been coming here for years. Atmosphere is like a pizza joint but dont let it fool you. The atmosphere keeps the prices reasonable“

The Market Al Fresca in Tewksbury - four cheese lasagna - I don’t usually comment on other peoples lasagna because I like mine BUT this was absolutely delicious, so tasty and packed with cheese. Half of this tray fed three adults (it’s about a 6x9 tray) I can’t wait to try some of their other dinner offerings! I might never cook again!!! And they had gluten free offerings also. Of course I left with just baked bread still warm snd dessert as well. TRy it out I don’t think you will be disappointed!!!“

I was so excited because I’ve heard great things about Borelli’s! This North Shore Roast Beef do not disappoint! The beef was thinly sliced how I like and the meat was seasoned perfectly and very tender- melt in your mouth tender! I got it classic 3-Way style with horseradish. It was so good, I ordered one to go for the next day’s lunch! Stop in to Borelli’s! Your taste buds will thank you!“

From the martinis coming from the bar (with friendly service from Krista), especially my favorites the homemade creamy limoncello martini, their REAL espresso martinis, and their lemon drop to name a few, to the made to order dishes that you can customize to meet your preferred tastes or needs- everything is just done right! The appetizers are literally to die for- the eggplant a la romana will melt in your mouth, the world famous seafood mushroom are definitely world famous and the clams casino are 👌! For dishes I would recommend their double pork chop alla Nicola with truffle fries, their chicken or veal francese, their Marsala, saltimbocca, chicken langistino on their specials, and their amazing eggplant parm. Make sure you get their homemade pasta which they have 3 to choose from! If you truly know when a restaurant is overall special, then you won't have a hard time choosing the Colosseum for your next dine out experience. Despite when they get busy, I don't think they disappoint. Well worth the wait!!“
