“Went there for the first time yesterday. Had a crème brûlée latte and my husband had the Kentucky straight latte, and we split a vegan churro donut. Everything was so good and the staff was super friendly answering our questions. The atmosphere was really cool and relaxing too. The seating was comfy and everything felt so welcoming. Most places you go for coffee feel so cold and sterile with hard uncomfortable seating so I was excited to sit in a comfy swivel chair and drink my coffee. So glad we found this place and can’t wait to go back again and try even more of the menu.“

“This place has the customer service that America desperately needs. America NEEDS this customer service. Sweet ladies working there asking us how our day was, if we like the food, where we were from, like they treated us like royalty. They came to our table to pack our stuff when all we asked was for a bag. Linguica bread was delicious, they grill it and serve it hot. Latte was perfect and their breakfast sandwiches are tasty. “Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy for even the most trained barista… And many of the customers were acting so entitled, and so rude, as if these staff members were ruining their whole Mother’s Day because they had to wait for their coffee! I was shocked and that is why I wanted to come in and say how much I appreciate the barista’s at the Plainville Starbucks - they do their jobs very Well, my coffee is always perfect and today I got to see them in action as they handled 35 scowling people, waiting for their order on a holiday. You guys rock and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and egg bites today and you delivered with poise and smiles in the midst of being in the weeds! You made my Mothers Day!“

“Let’s face it folks, the menu is the menu at Dunkin Donuts. The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. I will certainly return when I visit the area again.

Parking: This DD is a lot easier to get in and out of than most of the others that I have personally experienced.“

“If I'm going to Marylou's, this is the typical location I'll go to. I've been meaning to review this location for some time now so here I go.

I only go through the drive-through and almost never have waited longer than 5-10 minutes here. There's usually no one in the line when I go and when there is, it's quick service; Between 12AM - Close from personal experience. Typically a clean drive through too which is super important to me. The coffees can be a hit or miss, but thats every location and it did depend on the baristas working at the time. This specific morning I got a Funky Finabla, and my friend got a Funny Bone and they were both perfect.

More often than not, this location never fails. I do find though that later in the evening though (4PM-Close) is when the quality in the coffee will decline. Not sure if it has to do with who's working or the fact its the end of the brews that have been sitting all day, but it can be unfortunate because sometimes I find I need coffee at those times a day the most.“
