They have very friendly staff in my opinion, they have always said please and thank you and had friendly conversations. They have convenient and clean bathrooms too! “Very small. The ladies have a hard time seeing over machines to the counter. Thats why I prefer the drive thru window. I am not the biggest dunkins fan but my dad loves it. He is restricted to home so I come through here at least 12 times a week.I had an issue with the coffee for myself. Sent a message via website. The manager called me personally and offered a replacement and to come in. She showed me the two similar products and I discovered I had been ordering the wrong one! Derp on me. She still made me my now correct coffee. I'm impressed. Figured I would get the usual email reply.The staff that have been here long are fantastic, always super friendly.“
