“I have ordered several times for delivery, via the doordash app, myself and the restaurant started noticing that some of the independent 1099 contracted delivery drivers for doordash were frequently showing up late, then taking the food driving with the food over an hour to deliver, I'd call and Ken's would say, we gave the driver the order 1 hour ago, lol. anyway, I ordered again tonight at 615pm, I noticed a doordash driver, in the dasher app had not been assigned to me, yet me giving $10 tip for less than 3 mile delivery trip (dashers usually would pick this tip order up quick). I then contacted doordash, and asked what is going on. Doordash said "We are looking for a high quality rated driver for this restaurant". Safe to assume that Kens has pushed back at doordash setting up parameters ensuring customers don't get stuck with lingering 3rd party doordash drivers known to pick up multi stacked orders from all over mass. They indicated they require high quality independent contract door dash drivers. I did call tonight to let Ken's know how awesome, but they put me on hold because its a Friday night, so they must be swamped. Anyways, way to go Kens for working with customers and pushing back at doordash if drivers are less than sub par... I quote, I told doordash if my food arrives cold it is not Ken's fault. I also said if I need to microwave my pizza, my onion rings and meatballs, its not kens fault and they are not to be penalized........... Way to go Ken's for holding up a high boundary level with these 3rd party contracted delivery services such as doordash, but I don't need to rate Kens on that, because their food is always high quality awesome. I also contacted DoorDash again and asked how to give the DoorDash driver 5 star rating, was able to also increase her tip from $10 to $15 after she delivered .... Food is amazing and I love how Ken's set the boundaries with these third party contracted deliver companies indicating they will only accept high quality rated independent contracted delivery drivers. 5 stars plus plus to Kens and also 5 star plus plus for Christine the self employed 1099 contracted doordash driver, way to go! Nice.“

“From the front of the house to the kitchen Krave is second to none . Family owned , up scale, personable. My wife and I love $8 margaritas easy parking and great service. From the owner to the staff Krave is the hidden gem of Burlington,Woburn,Winchester,Lexington area and is atop of our list! Cheers!“

“The food is excellent! We have been completely been won over by Hanley's. Nachos, grilled chicken sandwich, burgers, steak tips, baked haddock and the steak and cheese all delicious! Our bartender Jessica has been very attentive, and makes a great drink. She makes us feel very at home. The shift brings Jen. She provides excellent service as well. With Chef Brian in the kitchen cooking, we're never disappointed! They have Keno and plenty of TVs tuned in to various types of sports. We have seen two bands there. One of them (Half Price Whiskey is their name) was excellent and we would see them again. Their prices don't break the bank. Hanley's is a fantastic addition to Billerica.“

“Have been here a couple times and every time the food has been outstanding. We always get the piri piri chicken and come here just to get that. Our server Chuck was awesome and took very good care of us. He’s a great ambassador for the restaurant as he knew the menu well. We will definitely return!“

“Excellent food, that's the key. Pricing a few dollars higher than most local "pubs" but lower than most nice restaurants around.... and this food was BETTER. Also good beer list... and they know how to pour Guinness properly. Service was perfect too. This was our first time , but we're coming back often.“

“Friendly staff, including folks I know from High School, relaxed atmosphere, and tasty pub food. Highly recommend the BLT plate, and their Burgers are delicious. Definitely get their sweet potato fries, those things are addictive. Can be a bit busy at times, but it’s a down to earth local bar/pub. Good for a night with that family, or watching the Pats. They also have a large variety of drinks and spirits. And they will occasionally have live music on the weekends (local bands)Kid-friendliness: I see a lot of families come in for lunch on the weekends. “I went to Cherry Tree with my wife for lunch before a movie and we had a great time. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. I had the steak tips and they were cooked perfectly. My wife enjoyed their chicken sandwich. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with TVs showing sports games and music playing in the background. We will definitely come back again!“

“The food was pretty good. I’d have to say the stake tip cascades are delicious! They are amazing! And I’d totally comeback just to try those. All and all just a small local place. The entrance was kinda confusing, no signs on the doors saying which side is the fine in and the bar. The place looks pretty cool, nice waiter/waitress. It’s a little local bar, chill atmosphere. Just a new place to try. The other thing I’d have to say is I was calling the place for quite a while and no one picked up, called a couple times and then decided to go. It was rush hour, so I figured it was busy. But good place just to drop by and experience something new with your buddies“

“We went for lunch. Took us a little over an hour drive to get there. I wanted to try the turkish coffe. The staff is very friendly. They have an open concept kitchen. The food was extraordinary. Perfectly seasoned, meats so tender. Very fresh. The coffee didn't disappoint. I highly recommend it.“

“We wanted to try something new so we went to Sunbury Point. Parking is ample and we enjoyed the live music..the restaurant is bigger than it looks from the outside. We didn't wait for a table and immediately were seated. We read the reviews and went with fish and chips, haddock sandwich, steak tips and chicken parm. The food reminded us of food from a chain restaurant like the 99. Fish for both the haddock sandwich and fish and chips was over-cooked. The bulkie for the sandwich overwhelmed the fish (bread to fish ratio) but the pickles were really good.. The chicken parm was swimming in cheese and sauce. The highlight was the steak tips...and sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious.The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. I'd give them 5 stars. The vibe was nice inside. Clean and bright. I might have preferred to sit in the bar and listen to music and just have a drink.“

“It's one of the best sport bars in the area. Plenty of beer variety, a long bar, enough TVs to watch every game, nice staff, and pretty good food. I highly recommend the blackened fish sandwich. There's also plenty of space and high ceilings, so it feels relaxing to leave the house for an hour or two and simply enjoy the atmosphere.“

“Harry's has become a great place to just hang out with friends. They have never been too busy for us to fit in. The food is typical bar food. Think comfort food in large portions. The pretzels with beer cheese is my favorite dish. I do not enjoy the mac-n-cheese; it's not bad just average. There is a single pool table that requires quarters. I suppose it makes sense to charge during peak hours when there are several groups wanting to play. However, when no one is on the table, it would make more sense to allow a couple non-pool sharks to play for free rather than leave the table taking up space. Overall, it's a decent spot that's becoming familiar, but it won't be on my list of places to recommend to visitors.“
