“My coworker drives from the North Shore for these croissants and I’m glad I finally tried them. I think the almond croissant and regular croissant are very good. The apple turnover was okay. I’m sure the canele is good too, but I think mine was very slightly underbaked. Will definitely come back.“

“I have been at Villa Roma in multiple times and what I love is the consistence with their pizza. I love it they have a great style and multiple choices for your taste.
The employees are super friendly, and the quality of the pizza is excellent, the prices are very compatible with the pizzas in the area I will said they have lower prices in most of the products.“

There was an event on this day, but this did not affect the service time, there were a lot of people and i want to say thank you to Dmitry, sorry if i misspelled your name, this is a waiter in a black shirt who helped me with the choice from the menu, especially with dessert it was delicious, very good service! Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. “After a wonderful experience at the Billerica location last month, we decided to try the Tewksbury location this month and had an equally wonderful time!
Servers are all smiles, friendly, attentive, but not hovering.
BEST fish n chips, the fish was so sweet and flavorful and tender and flaky. The slaw was delicious too.
Amazing buffalo wings. AMAZING... Definite heat but not too too bad, a nice citrus note that hits first. We asked for them crispy and they were spot on perfection.
Tiramisu martini hit right for dessert ??

Had to excuse myself walking back to my table i notice the door to the kitchen was open saw the chef was cooking i told him that the was outstanding chefs never hear the good only the bad he told me his name was Paul. “Stopped by Lisa’s Family Pizzeria in Belmont and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best I’ve had in the area. The crust had the perfect crunch, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was spot on. You can tell they care about quality here.

While I was waiting for my order, a guy walked in and confidently told the staff, “You guys have the best steak and cheese pizza in Belmont.” That caught my attention, so I ordered one for the road—and wow, he wasn’t lying. The steak was tender, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, all packed into a crispy, golden crust. It’s easily a must-try if you’re a fan of steak and cheese.

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the whole place had that classic, welcoming neighborhood pizzeria vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or feeding a group, Lisa’s hits the spot.

“There were 11 of us, we were all very happy with our meals and drinks. Stuffed mushrooms caps were excellent as well as baked haddock, tacos and montery chicken. We would have used app plates if available. After dinner the kids had a great time at the arcade.“

“The food is delicious. Breakfast tostado plate is one of those dishes you find yourself craving every weekend morning. A couple of downsides though: it's impossible to find a phone number to call this place to order your food and when ordering online you can't indicate any customizations (like "no cheese" for allergy reasons for example). Outside seating is a nice touch when the weather is nice but during the summer the place is like one giant bee hive. Bees everywhere. Also once it gets cold outside, there are only a few tables inside which makes takeout and having a number to call that much more important!

Dietary restrictions: There's no way to indicate any dietary restrictions when ordering online and I've never been able to find a phone number to call to order takeout.“

“Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. The sweets we brought home all look and taste amazing. Very allergen friendly.“

“Food is good depending on the cook. Wish it was more consistent. You can tell the difference clearly sometimes. On the expensive side but it’s the ONLY option on base after a certain time.

“The food was great!! The service, I should say our service was very poor. We waited over 47 minutes before we were served our meals. The problem was not the kitchen because a couple who came in after us was served before us. It was the wait staff.“

I do have to preface, I work in the service industry, I understand that hiring a training staff is difficult and I’m always patient while people are learning and never short or irritated when a mistake is made. I come here a lot despite the mistakes that happen often. It not the end of the world and it happens, No biggie, but If you point out the mistake made to the (assuming) manager (lady with glasses) you will be met with passive aggression and rudeness.

I pointed out that a drink was missed despite ordering it and she walks up to me and says “here’s your receipt” very snarky and rude and storms off all angry. There it said only “1 cold brew”. I’m very apologetic and say to the lovely person making the coffee (bc the “manager” stormed off) “I’m very sorry but there must have been a miscommunication and I did order two of the cold brew.” At no point did the manager return to ask if I would still like said item, she just brushed me off as if there was absolutely no possible way her employee made a mistake. I walk out after that only to realize they forgot my biscuit. (Which I paid for and was on the receipt she so smugly passed to me and ran away). I had to go back and get.

Turns out, her staff does make mistakes contrary to her dismissive belief. Other reviews on here have echoed the same issues with this specific manager. (Rude, short, dismissive). I hope she has a better day :)“

“Ok so I didn’t go to the restaurant (but I definitely will) I ordered 2 TooGoodToGo orders but also ordered other food…Thanks to TooGoodToGo I found this amazing place! They were so nice on the phone…I asked many questions and spend lots of time in Mexico so I know great Mexican food! They happily answered all my questions and I ordered my food on top of the TooGoodToGo….EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD ‼️ I ordered Menudo and was so happy they had it but I am too full to eat tonight! I ordered Chimichanga and menudo….Chimichanga was perfection! The TooGoodToGo was a quesadilla with rice and beans and a burrito with rice and beans all amazing…chips guacamole and a chipotle sauce just incredible!!!! I’m sorry but I don’t love Mexican food here in America but this was like being in Mexico it was EXCELLENT ! I also ordered Mexican Cokes…..I will be a regular customer forever!!! Thank you I want to try so many dishes!!!!! They are 5 stars in my book and I’m mad I didn’t take photos I was hungry and the food was so good I couldn’t stop eating for photos!!! Lol next Time!“
