“The website was easy to use to place my order; I was able to track my food order from prep to bake and when the driver was driving to my house I was able to see his location real time. There is no option to add your driver's tip on the website so if you're kind enough to tip your delivery driver make sure you have a little cash available. I am also a person who prefers to use cash to pay for things like this and I was pleasantly surprised that Dominos allows customers to bypass the online payment and pay the delivery driver for the food with cash upon arrival. Driver was friendly and polite, and pizza arrived super hot and fresh, it was delicious.“

“I've lived in Ludlow for like 20 years and I don't know why I've never been here. 1000000 out of ten. The pizza was soft and doughy, I got a combo and bruh the ingredients were so fresh. Peppers were so crisp, which is a weird thing to say but with other places idk how to explain it but they are not.

The wings, mild, were so crunchy and flavorful COME ON. AMAZING. We're house of four super picky women and everyone loved everything I just got this food today and I want to go back literally today.

The vibes, immaculate - it was like walking into a traditional Nona living room. The service, perfect no notes. The owner could not have been nicer and NO ONE better be mean to her ever. She's been there like 67 years?? The cutest.

Oh we also got some of her Limoncello cake that was clearly hand made and again, beautiful. Moist perfectly balanced lemon flavor nice and light the way it's supposed to be.

This is now our go to pizza place until end times.“

“Great food, but the hours, service, and prices are lacking a bit. Additionally theres no signage on the main street or door to point to the pick up spot in the back. Those are my only qualms with the place. They have already gotten the hardest part down, the food. And seriously I cant tout them enough for using high quality ingredients, and consistency and quality control of the food they put out. I think with a bit of fine tuning this place would be fantastic.“

“We stopped on our way to coast from Buffalo. As buffalo has great pizza, we are picky, and Palermo's pizza was fantastic! Note, a large at home for us barely feeds our family of 6, but the large here is much bigger and we ordered that and more as we were hungry but had had way too much food, lol! “I recently moved to this area, and honestly the food here is great ! From pizza to grinders! My favorite are the boneless buffalo wings. You know how sometime when you get tender or wings from pizza shops they are the frozen triangle ones breaded( yuck) these are fresh chicken tenderloin cooked to perfection! It’s a must have everytime! Izzy, the phone girl is always super efficient, takes the time to get to know you and your order! Owner super friendly, staff is always welcoming. Worth a try :)“

“I had a gluten free pizza from Sibie's today and it was great! It came baked in a dish to keep it away from the other pizzas and I thought that was really nice. “Every Thursday is Chicken Tenders Night for the squad. I'm reviewing this on a Monday even though Chicken Tenders Night is on Thursday, that's how much I'm looking forward to Thursday! Nothing beats onion rings and chicken tenders. My friends and I all live in Southwest, but we make the trip to Worcester ever week. We basically walk a mile from our dorms just to get to Worcester! It's our late night ritual.. I recommend always getting honey mustard and blue cheese. Sometimes I tell my friends that I can't talk right now because all I want to do is eat and wait in line for the next batch of chicken.“

“This place is a rare gem I’ve had grinders all over the northeast and grinders in our area are generally mediocre. I feel like everybody’s taking their ropes from subway this place we went in there. They treated us right they have something that nobody seems to carry anymore. They had hot sausage grinders, and I can tell you three of us went there three of us got the hot sausage grinders, and every one of us so impressed the food was fantastic hard to find hot sausage and not only did they make it but they made it the best you get my five stars. I will definitely be going back.“

Great crispy bacon. Good but not great pepperoni. Very mild ham that I didn't love. Meatball just okay / borderline. While the location is a little out of the way for some, it makes perfect sense for them as it's around the corner from home, including staff. I didn't mind the location. Local community members (Ted is a local Rotarian) who offer 10% veteran / police / fire discounts. I appreciated that they spoke well of other pizza restaurants, supporting the community. Ted previously mentioned while other places may do things differently, that there is room for everyone as they all have their niche. Kim is from NJ (one of the pizza capitals) who pushed Ted to start this pizza venture. While he's been in the food industry, this is his first pizza business ownership. They use the industry standard Bakers Pride (quality) ovens. You may have had his food before as he does the cooking for the famous "Beast Feast". Looking forward to going back and trying their white pizza 🍕 ❤️“
