I happily travel from the other side of Chicopee to pickup pizza at Family, ever since our old go to pizza restaurant in Chicopee was sold. Our order is always correct, ready on time, hot and delicious. I highly recommend!“

“Staying in the area and wanted to try something new, we order a sandwich, some apps, and fried dough. Our food was AMAZING! Not only was it hot when we got it home, but everything was delicious. The girl working behind the counter was so friendly! Will def be ordering again when we are back in the area.“

“I was extremely impressed with everything about this place! It is in a service plaza and if you know anything about service plaza’s your choices are usually limited to franchise fast food.

This pizza restaurant serves pizza, pasta and chicken tenders and I must say that the quality of food and service was excellent!

To start I was greeted by this amazing personality called Robin. Robin was so warm and, welcoming and friendly that I almost thought I was visiting family. She asked great questions to inquire about what I had a taste for. She then made some recommendations and made sure that I was getting something that I would be happy with. I ended up trying the pizza, spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs and cheesy garlic bread. She informed me that it would take a few minutes because she had to make the bread sticks by order. I took the food to go and she made sure my food was packed to travel!“

“Pinocchio Pizza is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You can't find better pizza outside NYC. I suggest trying the chicken bacon ranch, my favorite. The prices are the best around. The lady of the shop Mrs. Ferrara is such a kind and loving woman. When I walked in there May 1st 2026 I couldn't believe my eyes. “I recently moved to this area, and honestly the food here is great ! From pizza to grinders! My favorite are the boneless buffalo wings. You know how sometime when you get tender or wings from pizza shops they are the frozen triangle ones breaded( yuck) these are fresh chicken tenderloin cooked to perfection! It’s a must have everytime! Izzy, the phone girl is always super efficient, takes the time to get to know you and your order! Owner super friendly, staff is always welcoming. Worth a try :)“

Their pizza looks nice, so not sure why they don't photograph it. Tasty food, pizza not greasy, it's kind of old-school American Italian style. More of a takeout spot since seating is limited. Visiting from out of town and I would definitely order again.“

“No doubt a 5 star review for this pizza place! When we came in we were told we could get seated anywhere we’d like . Our two children were offered high chairs. Our waiter was very pleasant. I had 9 local restaurants menus available to our club members. 6 were pizza places and conservatively 80% of all food deliveries were from C&T. I remember one Saturday throwing out 24 pizza boxes from his place. And for me as good as the pizza is, think their grinders are even better.“

I moved from Phoenix about 4 years ago and was missing my favorite pizza spot until I found Fat Tomato, which quickly became my new favorite pizza spot. I agree with all the other reviews about how fresh the ingredients are—they use really good quality ingredients and it makes such a difference. I live in the eastern part now but still go when visiting family.
