“Made the switch to Family last summer and have not been let down. Ordering online is a breeze, delivery drivers are courteous and friendly and the biggest thing is they actually seem to care about your “notes” we’ve requested “extra crispy” wings multiple times and they were perfectly done. “Extra cheese” was not an extra pound per square inch, it was actually what you would expect and nicely done.
Pizza quality is great and not greasy, have had select gourmets and custom build your own pizzas done very well!! Prices are very reasonable for quality and amount you receive in our opinion. Also delivery times have always been insanely fast!“

“I had to drop my car off at LIA Honda and their shuttle driver drop me off downtown. I walked over to Pinocchio‘s got a pepperoni slice with a bottle of water for 550 pizza was fantastic and I am half Italian and it’s delicious for the price. You can’t beat it today. I sat and took my time and I watched all the customers coming in and out buying boxes of pizza and ordering slices and you can see why I will return. I like NOHO downtown nice atmosphere Pinocchio is worth a stop for a quick slice of pizza. Highly recommend it.“

“The food has a great taste but, I ordered a sausage and meatball grinder with mozzarella cheese. On a large grinder there was only 2 1/2 pieces of sausage and 2 meatballs! The little old lady that owns the place may have forgot what she put on it but what was on it was delicious.“

“We had a great diner meal with family . Service was very attentive , refreshing our drinks, and made sure we lacked nothing. Food is great, served piping hot, exactly what we came for. I had a large sausage grinder with peppers, onion , sauce and cheese. The large was cut into quarters, which worked well as I could only eat three quarters. We will definitely return soon!“

I'm updating my review. they have a food quality consistency issue. one min the pizza is perfect and great the very next day. it's completely different and I live right down the street literally from John's. Today had a different drive went to the wrong address. I ended up with a pizza with next to no cheese very little sauce. the crust from pizza to pizza is inconsistent also. Shame when the new owner first took over the food was so good now. it's a coin flip.“

“I grew up all my life going to Pizza Palace (I’m now nearly 40 yrs old btw just to help paint a better image of “all my life” lol.) THEIR PIZZA is truly one of a kind!!! The GF pizza is also SOOOOO GOOD! Usually places that do both reg & GF, the GF tastes NOWHERE NEAR as good as the regular. But this place, their GF pizza was JUST AS PERFECT as their “regular” pizza.

Also. Their salads, o mmmmm gggg…. Yes they are “just a salad”. BUTTTTTTT, this place has always had this ONE AMAZING house dressing that literally JUST MADE the meal! It MADE the salad taste a hundred times better! And I just recently found out that the woman who has made that dressing all these years is now no longer there… so NOWWWWW IN ALL MY years of life, and started to eat salad at just younger than a year even lol. LITERALLY, THEEEEEE BEST PART ABOUT THIS PLACE, was their house dressing and salads !!!!!

They've closed off almost ALL of the big space they've got inside the place so it's a very tight squeeze from the door to the counter.. “This is mostly a carryout place. We didn't know, so we ordered our pizzas and waited half an hour and ate them at the very small tables. I asked the nice lady with glasses what she recommended and I'm so glad I did: There's a chicken and broccoli pizza that's not even on the menu and it was great! It was a white pizza with not a sauce, but fresh garlic, Parmigiana, and butter but not too much, so very nice. I loved the crust because it was crunchy and so pleasantly chewy at the same time. “Saying I love pizza would be an understatement. It’s my favorite food. And this pizza does not disappoint. The regular pepperoni pizza is packed with flavor and tons of cup and char pep. I love when you get a pizza and you can just tell by the smell that fills the car it’s going to be delicious. ?

When I went, a previous customer had left a cold cut grinder by accident and couldn’t return for it, so the owner gave it to me for free. So that was an added bonus!
