Those are my only qualms with the place. They have already gotten the hardest part down, the food. And seriously I cant tout them enough for using high quality ingredients, and consistency and quality control of the food they put out. I think with a bit of fine tuning this place would be fantastic.“

“We stopped on our way to coast from Buffalo. As buffalo has great pizza, we are picky, and Palermo's pizza was fantastic! Note, a large at home for us barely feeds our family of 6, but the large here is much bigger and we ordered that and more as we were hungry but had had way too much food, lol! This one was extremely balanced with the cheese, crust, sauce, and seasonings. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. “I've lived in Ludlow for like 20 years and I don't know why I've never been here. 1000000 out of ten. The pizza was soft and doughy, I got a combo and bruh the ingredients were so fresh. Peppers were so crisp, which is a weird thing to say but with other places idk how to explain it but they are not.

The wings, mild, were so crunchy and flavorful COME ON. AMAZING. We're house of four super picky women and everyone loved everything I just got this food today and I want to go back literally today.

The vibes, immaculate - it was like walking into a traditional Nona living room. The service, perfect no notes. The owner could not have been nicer and NO ONE better be mean to her ever. She's been there like 67 years?? The cutest.

Oh we also got some of her Limoncello cake that was clearly hand made and again, beautiful. Moist perfectly balanced lemon flavor nice and light the way it's supposed to be.

This is now our go to pizza place until end times.“

“First time visiting. Love the atmosphere & decor. We were seated right away for a Friday night dinner with no reservation. Service was great. Meals were fantastic! We had Chicken Parmesan and Gorganzola on Main. The portions were so large that I had two more meals of the chicken gorganzola to bring home (not a complaint). Definitely worth it! My only negative comment is that there was supposed to be spinach in that dish and if it was there, it was cut too small to find. We will go back!“

“Great addition to the Springfield area. The pizza is delicious and being able to buy by the slice is awesome! Very nice slice sizes too. Dough is nice and proofed with big air pockets and a nice crunch and no flop on any of the slices as shown in photos. The only thing I would add for 5 stars is some more sauce since I could not taste any sauce and it looked very thinly spread but i understand it gets harder to cook as perfect when adding more sauce. Was worth the try though and enjoyed it, pepperoni easily won though out of the 4 slices tried.“

“I happened across 2 Guys Pizza when traveling through with my “starving” teenage son. We arrived close to closing time, but we were still graciously served, maybe by one of the 2 Guys. He was lovely, but the pizza was even better! Crispy, perfectly chewy (but definitely not overly so) crust reminded me of childhood. We got the meat lovers, and it did not disappoint. Even the Small fed us both with leftovers.

The baseball game was on and we got to chat with the super friendly locals about the game.

“I recently moved to this area, and honestly the food here is great ! From pizza to grinders! My favorite are the boneless buffalo wings. You know how sometime when you get tender or wings from pizza shops they are the frozen triangle ones breaded( yuck) these are fresh chicken tenderloin cooked to perfection! It’s a must have everytime! Izzy, the phone girl is always super efficient, takes the time to get to know you and your order! Owner super friendly, staff is always welcoming. Worth a try :)“

“Stopped here on my way from Mass to Bradley (because to hell with expensive airport food, and I like to support local) to grab lunch, and I was not disappointed. Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.“

However, The service I would say is not. There is multiple times I have called and they answer and say they are closed or they open later than what the time they have advertised online. It seems like they open and close whenever they feel like it. I called today to order food. They answered and said they were closed today. I asked why does online say they are open. He said. Something came up and we aren’t open til tomorrow. But as I said. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve called on a Monday. Closed. When online says open. I’ve called on other occasions. And they are like we open at 2. When online says 12.

I had 9 local restaurants menus available to our club members. 6 were pizza places and conservatively 80% of all food deliveries were from C&T.
