Three 1 One Omakase Boston offers an exceptional dining experience, serving the best omakase in Boston. This intimate 10-seater restaurant provides a unique and personalized experience, with a menu that changes seasonally based on the freshest fish available. The chefs, led by Chef Wei, an alum of Masa in NYC, craft each dish with precision and care, using only the highest quality ingredients. The team's attention to detail is impressive, from the elegant decor to the careful plating of each piece of sushi. The food, presentation, and service are top notch, creating an atmosphere that feels both special and refined. The 18-course menu takes around 2.5 hours to complete, leaving diners full and eager to return. Reservations can be challenging to secure, but the effort is well worth it. Visitors often find the experience memorable, especially with highly trained chefs making each course a work of art, perfect for celebrating special occasions. While some find the fish's freshness to be slightly muted, the overall quality and craftsmanship make this restaurant a must-visit for sushi and omakase enthusiasts. The service is noted as top notch, and the food is incredibly fresh and crafted with care. The intimate setting is perfect for a date night, making it an experience not to be missed.
