I've been going here for the last 15 years and absolutely adore this JP neighborhood spot. I always get the number 12 roast beef untoasted and a sticky bun and a few groceries like some local cheese or a loaf of bread. The sandwich prices are a bit steep but I enjoy the fact that they use iggy bread and partner with local bakeries.
