Very nice looking place, clean spacious . Probably not too may seats around nevertheless we came in at 0830 at it was not crowded.
The display looks great and inviting . Lot to choose from.

“This was my second time at Tatte, and it was just as good as the first! We ordered the shakshuka and the halloumi sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The pistachio latte was amazing, so flavorful and perfectly made. I’ll definitely be back to try their desserts, because they look incredible!

“What a wonderful experience! They were so kind as to make me a vegan tikka masala, and it's not even on the menu! That used to be my favorite dish before going vegan in 2017, and this is the first restaurant to ever make a vegan version for me ❤️ I will definitely be back. It was so good!!“

“Great cannolis here! But not as strong as another option in the area in my opinion. They do offer more flavors than other shops in the area (pro), but we found the shells less crispy (con). The atmosphere is a bit cold inside, as well, as they do not have any seating to enjoy your goodies in the cafe - and seem to almost usher you out of the cafe by wrapping your box of pastries up with string and tying immediately. We did not get the same ‘family-owned’, warm vibe that some of the other pastry shops offered. Service was very friendly regardless. “I had the Sukiyaki Udon here and it was absolutely magnificent! The udon's broth was rich and flavorful, and all the ingredients were distinct, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The portion size and price point were both very reasonable, as it’s not “cheap,” but the quality thoroughly justifies the cost.

More than just food, what stood out most to me was the level of hospitality. The servers in this place were passionate and attentive, frequently checking in to make sure everything was going well and even refilling my water without me having to ask. It made this whole dining experience feel warm and welcoming.

If I could suggest one thing, I’d love to see a bit more East Asian ambiance, by maybe having some popular background music to match the amazing udons.

And JP Licks was the only place that made me smile when I was happy, sad , mad or even upset. “Tatte Bakery & Cafe - Back Bay was recommended in so many articles while I was researching places to try in Boston, and now I totally understand why.

I visited the Back Bay location a couple of times during my trip. It does get busy and it can be pricey but the food is absolutely worth it.

The sesame seed coffee kept me coming back (so unique and so good). I also had the Egg in the Hole two fried eggs nestled in a sesame Jerusalem bagel, served with a chopped salad and OMG that bagel was incredible. So fresh, flavorful, and perfectly textured.

The indoor is beautiful elegant and cozy.

I’m honestly sad I won’t be eating it again anytime soon… unless I fly back to Boston“

“The Tatte in Fenway has a cute, warm interior and a convenient location. It gets very busy, so be prepared to wait for a table, but it's worth it. I loved the lentil soup and the apple crumble cake. It's a great spot for a quick bite or for getting some work or studying done.“

“I ordered my daughters 6th birthday cake from La Casa Del Pandebono and it literally the best experience I’ve ever had with any business. Not only was the custom cake beautiful and delicious, they provided a level of exceptional customer service that I didn’t even know existed. The “Tangled” cake included a beautiful edible gold crown as it’s center piece, and it was packaged separately. Despite my best efforts to handle it carefully, I accidentally broke it the night before the birthday party. I texted the owner asking if he has recommendations for me to reassemble it (knowing it was unlikely, but I was desperate). He immediately responded and asked for my address, letting me know he’d deliver a new one when he closed the store (I live in another town). I was shocked at his generosity and beyond grateful. As an expression of gratitude, a sent him an additional tip which he politely attempted to reject (I wouldn’t allow it…haha). In return, he delivered not only the grown, but an order of birria tacos and an empanada (which I was admiring when I went to pick up the cake) - literally the best tacos I’ve ever had. I cannot emphasize how touched I was by this experience. La Casa Del Pandebono is a rare gem - baked goods that are truly a work of art, and incredible food that is only surpassed by the unbelievable customer service. I will be a customer for life.“
