I messed up my own order on the app but the staff was super accommodating and provided excellent customer service!

Potbelly Sandwich Works in Boston Logan Airport's Terminal C is a quick, fast, and efficient spot for great food. It offers the same great Potbelly sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches, including options like a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. Many find it the best airport food, with huge, tasty, and decently priced items, like a breakfast sandwich for $10. The service is quick with friendly people, and everything is cooked well and tastes great. The location is after security, which is convenient.
The venue is accessible with an open entry and line. It is, however, super tiny, loud, and noisy, like many airport food places, and lacks dedicated seating. While generally efficient, they sometimes forget toppings. The menu is legible, available both on paper and on the wall. For an extra treat, their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and dream bar are considered amazing and dreamy. It is a welcome sight for weary travelers, making a flight out of Logan a bit better.
