“I only visited to quiet 🤫 hunger pangs, the unauthorized sequel to Games 🎯, and I was short on time. The Furikake Mac Salad appetizer looked good, the ingredients read okay, and the price is right ▶️! It tasted good and held me over till dinner.
Service was good. I was given a smile. I ordered at the self checkout screen.
I am curious about their items on the menu. They have multiple locations and I am going to recommend this one.

“We’re from the UK and quite literally never tasted or experienced anything like this place. We ordered the pastrami sub, sausage egg and cheese bagel and a cream cheese bagel. Just get everything on the menu though. The people are so hard working and so friendly, and the food was incredible - so much value for money!! If the shop is full for eat-in, then take it to go and take a short walk to the public garden. They also show the prem games! This was just so good. Thank you so much.“

“The food at the Shy Bird in Fenway was absolutely delicious, especially the Chicken Dunks with the homemade sauce dips they were all so good we couldn't choose a favorite and the butternut soup was absolutely incredible, with its little kick of spice and sunflower seeds! Our server was top-notch,very attentive, friendly and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. “Kenzoku Mazesoba is a great eatery for comforting, brothless ramen (mazesoba). The interior is bright and the staff are accommodating.

The meal started with three warm Kurobuta sausages that were topped with pickled red cabbage and a mustard-based sauce over fresh greens. Overall, a well-rounded appetizer with a nice balance of textures, richness, and acid.

Next, the torched Hamachi roll had fresh fish slices laid on a roll and then torched. The hamachi was then topped with black tobiko and complemented with fresh ginger and wasabi. The roll was light and tasty.

The Yuzu Shio Ramen was the standout and featured braised pork chashu and a delicious poached egg. The medium-bodied noodles were a pleasant to chew with the toppings.

The vegetable mazesoba (vegan) included tofu soboro, mix of corn, quinoa, red pickles, and other goodies. It was a lighter flavor and we appreciated the opportunity to order the truffle oil on the side.

Overall, recommended for a casual and pleasant dinner among family and friends. The food quality and atmosphere make this hidden gem a great choice.“

I’ll start with THIN CRUST - Classic Neapolitan pizza, ITALIAN style. Then FRESH FRESH FRESH ingredients make all the difference. I look forward to it, whenever I can make it, usually for lunch on Friday, the only week day they’re open at 12:00 noon. Awesome vibe that’s 100% local local local. Small place, mostly take out, but you can seat 3-4 people at the window counter, which I love. Old school marble counter, with comfy padded bar stools. You have to know it’s here as the location is a tad off the beaten path of prime visibility. Which ‘proves’ one of my philosophies ‘ great location, often mehh food, not so great location - the food must be amazing. So many amazing points …. One of which is the ACTUAL MARIO! Punctuating the super local CHEF OWNED cafe. He’s here all the time, super nice guy, a joy to chat with … and he truly loves making incredible pizza!!“

Damar gave us recommendations of what we could order and the rest of the staff were so friendly. Casual, friendly, delicious and a great spot that’s friendly for the wallet. No coffee and high cost are only complaints it is $23 for a simple salad and a smoothie. I love their pita salad pocket. peanut Butter bites are excellent.
Service a little slow. they can improve with acknowledging people when they enter the order line. limited seating. a bit noisey, was not too easy for a quiet conversation. parking is meter street parking at $.25 for every 8 minutes.“

“I got a large chicken pesto sub. I figured for $2 more than the small I’d have a little leftover. I didn’t realize it would be as long as my arm! The bread was fresh with a nice crunch. The sub was so full it was almost bursting and it’s all white meat chicken. Pesto sauce was real tasty too and not over saturated. I feel like you should always get a large since it’s essentially an extra sub for $2 more. My picture is 1/4 of the sub and it looks like half of one I get from other places.
