“Rose is a fun and vibrant place! The space is larger than I thought upon entering. Service was indeed amazing (compared to other reviews). I will say that we did enjoy the tapas menu better than our entrees. The drinks were great and we loved that they were willing to make drinks not on the menu. The live DJ just added to the ambiance and yes you will be dancing in you seat haha. My girl enjoyed the birthday surprise with the tres leche cake which was actually good (and I don't let tres leche).“

“Just had an okay meal here. Vibes and atmosphere were nice, but the food did not live up and we were disappointed with how long the end of the meal took. They were clearly short staffed, as we saw our server running around trying to help all of her tables and so we do not blame her—she was great! It just shouldn’t take 30 minutes to order dessert after receiving the menu. The meatballs and ham & cheese sandwich were my favorite, but still a 4/5.“

“Had my first visit to Bootleg Special last night and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of the meal, from the creative drinks to the delicious appetizers to the fantastic main course was outstanding. Our server, Alex, was attentive and very pleasant. And last, but certainly not least, the beignets after dinner were spectacular. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“Creative cocktails (potions), fun atmosphere with fantastic performers at the piano and mic downstairs. The food is Asian-inspired cuisine—a little on the pricey side, but delicious every time! The reservation process was a little clunky via OpenTable. I called to reserve first and then was told a confirmation email would be headed my way from OpenTable. I checked my inbox (spam and junk included), but never received anything—except an email from OT asking if I wanted to cancel because I hadn't confirmed. It's a glitch, but one that could've pushed us to find another reservation elsewhere. Something to look out for. Great experience overall.“

“This is exactly the type of food you want when thinking of tapas. The food is sooooo delicious with so many flavors coming at you, the hangar steak is unreal flavoring honestly could have just that and be very happy. The food comes out hot and fresh but recommend putting in a few plates per person from the jump. The only thing that might set this place back is the music and volume, personally for me it was fine but if you not in the mood for loud music or don't like throw back hip hop then just consider that.“

“Came from Georgia to visit and I absolutely loved the environment. All the waiters were great and drinks were good too. The guacamole was to die for as well as the chips. I come from a Mexican town and this place was on spot, I felt very welcomed. They also had a Banda which was great.“

“Great/very high quality food. I got a chicken bowl with rice pilaf on the side. Also impeccable service. The man behind the counter was very amicable, and made my order immediately.

Portion was smaller than I would’ve thought. Also kinda pricey for what it is, ($30 for chicken bowl, rice on side, and 3 water bottles). Also the atmosphere inside doesn’t feel very cozy/comfortable.“

“Hot chocolate bar experience was truly fantastic. The dessert spread and hot chocolate were delicious. The vibe is also festive! The service staff is very attentive and nice. The pastry chef personally came to our table to ask how our experience was going which was a nice gesture. We loved our experience and had a great time“

“Charming old school beer hall. Sadly, it was damaged in 2018 due to a fire upstairs, and never re-opened. As of early 2019, the building appears to be for sale, so it looks like the closure may end up being permanent. :-(“

“Had a group of 8 meeting for brunch before some in the group's afternoon flight out of Logan. Honestly, our expectations were not high, but we were thoroughly pleased. I had already known about the incredible view of Boston, but Dee and the rest of the staff were attentive, accommodating and very pleasant. Food was very good and priced reasonably. This is a hidden gem!“

“I always have fun in this place. Amazing terrace for sunset and drinks at a decent price. They are very chill and don’t discriminate so you can find everyone across the board from tourists in their shorts to people dressed up. ID is required at door.“
