“This DD continues to be exceptional in service and atmosphere. Give everyone here a raise, they are the gold standard in customer service, from the manager to the kitchen staff. Five star team, can handle any crowds and crazy orders with a smile! The above and beyond seasonal decor is worth the trip alone. Bright, roomy seating, always well stocked with a good variety, a lot of fun DD merch, and clean restroom stalls. A little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot from the rotary, but a convenient spot just at the bridge!“

If they have a few seconds they'll do a variety of things related to maintenance. They operate like a well oiled machine. Terrific place to eat. My comments relate to the Blueberry Muffin in Cedarville.Try the Breakfast BLT.“

“Long line at DD drive thru next door... Honey Dew is tucked behind the adjacent Shell has station and I drove right up, ordered and was on my way without a single car in front of me and coffee was on par with anything I'd get at DD. and the nice girl gave my puppy a milk bone! So you know the pooch will appreciate the trip too.“

“All the staff there are very nice and friendly. Nice environment to work in. But this man named Nathan that works in there ( he closes a lot). He’s nice, the way he makes his coffee and cooks the food it just comes out all so good. His customer service is like no other, it’s the best I’ve ever seen.“

“It's another one of my favorite dunks. The crew is friendly, and I'm usually in and out. I stop here multiple times a week as I make deliveries down the cape. Melissa is my favorite. She already knows my order. I like that! Thanks ladies!“

“I used the new order ahead option andbitvwas SWEET! When I got to the parking lot, I activated the "ready now." I used the app to complete the order in Osterville before I drove to Sandwich. I wanted to pick up an item or two before picking up my Dunkin order. By the time I walked into the Dunkin Donuts shop, it was packed and the line was at the door on one of the busiest Saturday mornings of the summer. Stepped in and up to the pickup station, grabbed my order and left! That's it! Wow! I do recommend the cups be marked with quantities of cream and sugar the same as they are on regular orders.“

“I returned to the store to get an incorrect drink remade (we all learned that day that there are two buttons for the shakin espresso- you must specify the brown sugar one!) and the two young ladies there were fantastic. Super understanding and remade the drink perfectly, left with a big smile on my face. Thanks guys!“

“They need another person in the morning. The kid working kept apologizing because they were backed up. 2 people are not enough at 7 with all the mobile orders; food orders and drinks. I watched people leave the line or not even come in because they saw the backup from the window. The 2 people working were doing the best they could.“
