“A treasure of a restaurant on busy Cambridge St - walk through the door and you’re in a different world. Servers quickly become friends. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two but still a place where a solo diner feels welcome. Wonderful menu with choices for the adventurous and not so adventurous eater. “What an enjoyable late lunch! it was cold and snowy but the warmth and comfort offered by Troquet made for a simply great afternoon. Really: fabulous French onion soup with delicious cheese on a winter day - it doesn't get better. Unusual and delicious Caesar salad on a half of Romaine - it exudes healthy. And a fried chicken chicken sandwich (w/frites) rounds everything out nicely. Highly recommend for a mid-day winter break.“

“Food and service were excellent. The main room is very noisy. We asked for a quiet table so they sat us on the porch which is much quieter. However, there was a dirty ceiling contraption directly overhead blowing cold air on us. Felt like AC. Not necessary since it was 6 degrees outside. Very uncomfortable.“

“I finally made it to Juliet in Union Square, Somerville — and it was such a treat. The atmosphere is playful and welcoming, and the food is fresh, beautifully presented, and unlike anything else I’ve tried in the Boston area. My favorites were the salmon entrée and the gazpacho. I’ll definitely be back soon to explore more of the menu!“

“We had our wedding at Batifol, with ceremony next door at the bakery. It was literally the most amazing experience. The Batifol team was extremely responsive, organized, and executed everything perfectly. The food was amazing - all of our guests said their Salmon and steak were cooked perfectly! And they allowed dietary changes for guests with all different kinds of restrictions (vegan, gluten free allergies). 100% recommend any day of the week. I also love their brunch and dinner menus. And If you want to have an intimate event, their event coordinators are out of this world!!! Thank you all for making out day so perfect!“
