I am literally writing this as I eat because it is THAT good. I went to Japan a few years ago and this is better than the sushi, sashimi and gyoza I had there. The presentation, quality, attention to detail is all impeccable. I would recommend this to anyone.
There are plenty of sushi takeout options in Cambridge, most of which are pretty mediocre, but Wasabi at Porter seems to be a bit higher in quality so it may be my new favorite takeout spot. Prices are comparable to other sushi spots in Cambridge. We sampled the Sushi Deluxe and the Wasabi Roll. The sushi deluxe included 10 pieces of nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, and miso soup. Best sushi spot I’ve found in the area. The food is phenomenal. The nigiri always comes with a generous amount of fish that is super tender and flavorful. And they serve toro and mackerel, two of my favorites that aren’t always easy to find.
