“Ok, we all know DD is the go to place for a good cup of coffee, however what people never talk about is: there is absolutely no consistency between each and every DD, I mean each one, as far as their coffee goes, it's either bad, decent or incredibly good. And to put a spin on this: depending who's making the coffee that day. In other words one day a given location will be great, the next day, not so great. That's why DD didn't earn 5 stars, to me. Forget Starbuick ( play on the name) their coffee is not worth the outrageous amount of money, seriously what is their cups lined with gold? Anyway, DD is my go to place, good coffee at affordable price. However, what's up with the donuts, are they smaller or am I hallucinating?

“This place is as consistent as Dunkin'. Donuts has ever produced. The young lady who manages or runs that place daily on her own is a godsend. She helped me with an app issue. that was at hand made me feel at home. Small talk was amazing. Being I was from out of the area, she picked up on it pretty quick. This is my go to spot from this time forward anytime I am in this area of Massachusetts from Texas. Have a good day.“

“4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“

“I am a regular at Dippins. Traffic can be crazy on weekend but always worth the wait. The food has been delicious and is always fresh. The donuts, specifically the blueberry cake and cherry cola are a family favorite in our house. When there are issues they are typically very apologetic and quick to fix. The employees are always very kind and accurate. There is one woman by the name of Jen who is very rude and has a crappy attitude. Rushes through your order, seems to hate her job and has not smiled once when I have gone through there. Everyone else is kind and provides great service!“

“Parking: East Main Street in Webster. If you get there early you can find a parking spot. There's about 6 spots in front and about 8 or 10 spots on the side of the building. It's still the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Kid-friendliness: They allow the kids to take their time when they are looking at the list of items to see what they want. They talk to the kids while they're getting there goodies.

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that runs the length of the building has a slight angle at one end for wheelchairs and people like me who walks with a cane to easily make their way up to the door.“

“do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! I was hoping for a message me button so this was not public, but couldn't find one. im NOT one to complain but this has happened more than I think it should.“

“It's definitely the best Dunkin i been to by far!! They were great with everything... also, coffee hot and cold was stirred and taste exactly how it should! Wasn't burnt or made incorrect! “Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“Updated review as of 6/30/23I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!Original One star review from over a year ago:Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. “This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. “Might just be my new favorite DUNKIN. Best caramel craze latte I have ever had. Could it have been made faster because only one of five people was working, of course! But I needed the break from driving and didn’t mind waiting the five minutes. Shout out to the young man working the register seemingly doing it all (including making my drink) and the awesome punk/goth (?) girl for making me smile while waiting. Both are now my two favorite DUNKIN employees!
