“Ok, we all know DD is the go to place for a good cup of coffee, however what people never talk about is: there is absolutely no consistency between each and every DD, I mean each one, as far as their coffee goes, it's either bad, decent or incredibly good. And to put a spin on this: depending who's making the coffee that day. In other words one day a given location will be great, the next day, not so great. That's why DD didn't earn 5 stars, to me. Forget Starbuick ( play on the name) their coffee is not worth the outrageous amount of money, seriously what is their cups lined with gold? Anyway, DD is my go to place, good coffee at affordable price. However, what's up with the donuts, are they smaller or am I hallucinating?

“I've only been to this place twice, but each time it's been very good. The workers are very nice and they have a lot of unique and delicious things. I've tried their cookies and cream iced coffee and the recent Thanksgiving sandwich (I cannon remember the name of it) recently and definitely enjoyed it! I recommend going here for coffee or a bite to eat. There is a lot of variety!“

“do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! I was hoping for a message me button so this was not public, but couldn't find one. im NOT one to complain but this has happened more than I think it should.“

“Might just be my new favorite DUNKIN. Best caramel craze latte I have ever had. Could it have been made faster because only one of five people was working, of course! But I needed the break from driving and didn’t mind waiting the five minutes. Shout out to the young man working the register seemingly doing it all (including making my drink) and the awesome punk/goth (?) girl for making me smile while waiting. Both are now my two favorite DUNKIN employees!

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“I think the place is nice kind of small I ordered a chicken pepper burrito I think they didn't have it and I waited 10 minutes so instead they made me another sandwich to my surprise when I open the bag I actually had a small thing of hash browns too I really appreciate that considering I didn't pay almost six or seven dollars for that chicken pepper thing the people there are really nice they seem Lively and I like that“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. “This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“

You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?
Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?“

“There's this manager over there named Tammy. Let me tell you all something. Perfect example of how management should be. Greatest customer service, top notch attitude, honest, and she makes everything well and accurately. Have nothing but great experiences going there whenever I find myself in the area, and it's all because of how she goes about her business over there. America needs more Tammys. Be like Tammy. I wish there was a 6th star that I could give.“
