If there was an option for awful service I’d choose that instead of slow service, this place is HORRIBLE!!! Cold sandwiches EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! Burnt pitch black bacon that I can’t even chew it. And then forget the coffees, they just don’t listen and they surely don’t try. I get its not a dream job but I’m a customer and expect to get what order the way I order it. Dunkin' is a friendly and efficient restaurant with great staff, quick service, and delicious food and coffee. The drive-through is convenient, though it sometimes has problems with the payment terminal, and the staff takes care to get orders correct. The restaurant has ample parking and is kid-friendly, although wheelchair accessibility could be improved. The servers hustle hard, but the hash browns can be cold and burnt, and the bacon sometimes feels like it just came out of the fridge. Overall, Dunkin' serves very good food and coffee and is a great place to visit, though the atmosphere inside can feel a bit disorganized at times.
