I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. I only interacted with one staff member, but the service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for anything. I highly recommend you try their food. I'll definitely be coming back. “I have been at Villa Roma in multiple times and what I love is the consistence with their pizza. I love it they have a great style and multiple choices for your taste.

My husband and son ordered a calmelized onion and red pepper version and I tried the vegan veggie pizza. I got the lobster and shrimp scampi and it was so delicious. My husband got the lamb rack and he also thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was good and quick, and our waiters were friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about the restaurant was that it’s really small, so if it’s crowded, it’s REALLY crowded, cramped, and LOUD. There was a table next to us seating about 10-12 60 something year olds for a birthday, and they were extremely loud. Yelling, hollering, laughing super loudly. After a day at work this was overstimulating and overwhelming for me. This was supposed to be a date night for my husband and I but I’m not so sure we will be going here for a date night again. Maybe just a casual drop in. It doesn’t have the somewhat quiet vibes that an anniversary dinner should have ? I guess these people didn’t know the concept of an inside voice. I know it’s their birthday, but try to be considerate to other patrons and their experience. Thankfully they were really only loud before they got their food and after they were done with it. Lol.“

The company uses ezcater to process orders and they were also wonderful! We received confirmation of our order and status.Once we arrived at Tropical Smoothie Cafe for our scheduled 12:30pm pickup time, the very welcoming young lady at the counter greeted us and immediately prompted the staff to gather our prepared order. The gentleman that retrieved our order brought everything out on a cart and delivered it directly to our vehicle.The food and smoothies were packaged to perfection. The wraps were labeled and color coded for easy identification. “I have stopped at the cafe a couple of times already for either a salad or a cup of soup. Today, I decided on a hot panini. I discussed a type of bread with the staff and ordered a grilled chicken panini. It was nicely served and yummy. I liked that the bread had sesame seeds on it. Also, a piece of pickle added a nice flavor to my lunch.This cafe has a plenty of space. People come as well in groups to enjoy a great selection of food and their company. Highly recommend it.“
